First the good, the product is fantastic, 5 starts without question. If I could get the product without dealing with anybody this would be the whole review.

2 visits, significant issues getting the correct order both times. On both occasions I gave my order, I didn't get what I ordered and had to go back and get what I asked for. On the second visit they were out of the item I asked for, that happens but I'm surprised it happens in the middle of the day long after and long before any kind of rush. After reminding them, they started making something else, but after 20 minutes we went up to ask where that was, which is when we were told they were out of another ingredient & they just hadn't bothered to tell us. Service was not quick on even the initial order despite there being 4 employees (one the owner i believe) and only 3 customers in store plus a couple in the drive through. I could see the man I thought was the owner come abs check on other tables to make sure they liked their orders, but for some reason he avoided our table.

My other issue is a simple one, they don't have soda, except root beer and you can't have root beer unless you buy a float. Water is available, but only in a bottle.

I genuinely hope they work out these issues. I would like to see them succeed, but at this point in on a slow afternoon is expect better. I'll update my review if I see...

My husband loves their gelatas. Every time we've gotten it at this location, the ice amd custard are very soft. I usually don't get anything because I'm not a fan of their Italian ice. I recently decided to try their vanilla custard and I really like it. I just have a major issue with their prices and serving size. A very small custard cone is $5.50. Yes its a kiddie, but for that price it should be bigger than a kiddie cone at McDonald's. I don't think I'll be getting custard here anymore. Not worth it. The gelata is overpriced too. Only tried the custard so far: classic chocolate and vanilla, plus a few creative flavors. The taste is similar to custard from Culver's or Andy's.

Things they can improve: Their salted caramel custard is too subtle. They need more variety in toppings. A smaller size concrete option would be great. The current size is honestly more custard than is healthy to have in...
