So excited to finally have a thirst near me! Iâm south Saratoga so it still took about 15 minutes to get there but I think it was worth the drive!
The reviews arenât lying, the pretzels and beignets are next level good. Like I figured they were overhyped but theyâre not! Theyâre actually that great!
I also got a cactus cooler. The Fresca machine was down but they offered to make it with Sprite Zero instead and it was so good I might order it that way on purpose next time, haha. I also added coconut cream to it which took it up a notch.
Since I ordered online I didnât find out until I got there that they were out of the coconut cream beignets which was disappointing but they swapped them with their regular beignets which were so, so good.
Honestly only giving 4 instead of 5 stars because of the wait time. I got there at 11:30 on a Wednesday morning and was in the drive thru for over 20 minutes. I would say itâs about 2 minutes per vehicle, so if you see that the line is 10 cars deep and you donât have more than 20 minutes to spare, I would try coming back another time when there is a shorter wait.
Overall excited and...
Read moreWhat a fun spot! We went to the grand opening of Thirst last night and had the best time. It was definitely busy (as expected for an opening night), but the staff handled it so wellâeverything ran smoothly, and the energy was great. Fun music was playing, and they passed out tons of free treats, which made the night even more exciting.
I ordered the Kick Back Ricky and it was deliciousâsuper refreshing! My husband got the Bluebell and loved it. We also tried the Parmesan pretzels and the cinnamon sugar pretzelsâboth were warm, soft, and flavorful. But the real standouts for me were the beignets (they reminded me so much of Disneylandâs, which is saying a lot!) and the Scotcharooâabsolutely to die for. Iâm already dreaming about having another one!
They also gave out a QR code for a free treat during their first week, so weâll definitely be going back soon to grab another Scotcharoo. Even though theyâre brand new and had a huge crowd, our wait was short, and every employee we interacted with was friendly, efficient, and clearly well-trained.
Thirst nailed their grand opening. Weâre already looking forward to our...
Read moreThe beignets and pretzels are good but I went this weekend and walked in - it took a while for someone to take my order even though there were plenty of employees. Not all employees knew the ingredients to their items which you would think is the basic information a food establishment should train their employees on - severe allergies are a thing. The girl even said she would ask her manager and the manager didnât know. In the end someone got the information but doesnât make you confident in what they know about their products. Lastly, i donât know why but there were multiple flies probably over 8 of them just hanging out on the couch. Grossed me out a bit. I know they probably get most of their customers via drive through but they probably should check out the space available for those who walk in. Again what I ordered was good but the place itself and employee experience...
