Okay, I’m gona say this WOW the temperature right 21F degrees out side of parking lot of AutoZone in Saratoga Springs Utah, and these two amazing man Dillon and Russ helped me change all 4 breaks and one rotor of my car. Let me tell you my story. Yesterday I went to AutoZone to purchase break pads for my car that the breaks barely worked making loud noises of metal rubbing against another metal. A friend of mine was going to help me put it on he flaked on me was not wanting to help. And man I was sad. I decided to go return the pads and wait till my next pay check so I can get it fixed. As I was returning Dillon Remembered me purchasing the brake pads and he heard me talking to my friend about helping me out and even my friend on speaker phone spoke with him about the brakes and Rotors pricing and stuff. Well as I was doing the return he asked me was it your friend going to help you, I said no he was on date with someone and flaked on me and he said he wasn’t going to help. He saw how sad and worried I was and immediately asked if he could help me out put them on I was surprised the kindness of his heart and willingness to help me. Dillon and Russ helped me in cold night passing the working hours because one of my rotor was so warned out that the brake pad wouldn’t even hold than I purchased the one rotor. They immediately started working on removing the old rotor but was so stuck on that Russ hammered the heck thing out he was about to give up and than he gave his all and got it out it was stuck on even w out the nuts I guess it was because it was frozen rusted metal it was terrible to come off. Than they were able to get it off. They put it on pads and my breaks are great no more metal noise and I was able to drive home with peace in my heart that me and my daughter is safe to drive my car. Dillon and Russ were doing something beyond their job titles the were amazing and kind I will from now on only go to Saratoga Springs AutoZone. I’m forever Grateful for kind honest man Dillon and Russ for helping me out a single mom with no experience of fixing a car. And by the way Dillon would explain the parts to me and how it worked and the importance of the part. I’m amazed and grateful for these brave man working in the cold out of goodness of...
Read moreSaturday night I got in my car to grab a few last minute groceries to find a battery that barely started my car. I drove to AutoZone, I know they have tools that can tell the life of the battery. Aaron at the front desk to helped me. He came out and, after checking the battery, told me the battery was on it's last leg. He wiped the grease away to see the date on the battery wasn't that old and should not be bad. I questioned if the place I originally purchased it was open, he quickly pulled out his phone and looked it up, it was closed. I was at a crossroad not knowing what to do . . . battery worked now but would it still be working on Monday when I had to go to work. Aaron offered a win win situation for me saying that I could buy a battery to get me to work. I could then take the old battery to the location I purchased it when it was open and, if if was still under warranty, I could get it replaced and bring the new battery back to AutoZone for a full refund. Aaron took a bad situation and made it into a positive. I really appreciated his caring attitude and his friendly personality. I will definitely come here again because there was no pressure with a friendly staff . ....
Read moreBad experience here at this location. I was given the wrong front brakes for my car. Ford Taurus. One of the employees gave me breaks for a Ford Mustang, Let me just tell you I have never had a Ford Mustang. So I took them back and got the right ones. I had to wait for money to come back onto my card so I can pay for them. They were the same price as the brakes I had bought. So I asked the manager if I could just switch them out because they were the same price and he would not let me he told me that I had to wait to get my money back on my card. This manager told me that he would hold them for me until my money came back on the card. So I go in there the next day To get the right breaks that the manager was holding for me and he told me that he had sold them. I explained to him that he told me that he was going to hold them until I had money on my card and he was just playing stupid like he didn't remember. Anyways I did not appreciate their dishonesty and how they just take Advantage of women when women go in by themselves! Also every time I go into auto zone I get the wrong part so I am not going to this...
