I cannot recommend this restaurant if you're looking for authentic Mexican cuisine. The food is completely flavorless - lacking proper seasoning that's essential to Mexican cooking. The rice is clearly from a box, the beans come straight from a can without any seasoning, and the dishes are simply bland. Their mole tastes more like cinnamon coffee than actual mole sauce. This is not a genuine Mexican restaurant but rather a poor imitation.
What was even more disappointing than the food was the discriminatory service we experienced. My family and I were treated differently from the moment we walked in. While other customers were addressed respectfully as "Sir," I was dismissively called "buddy" throughout our visit. Angelica, who was Latina herself, pretended not to speak Spanish and completely ignored our table while attentively checking on white American customers, refilling their water and asking if they needed anything. Our table might as well have been invisible until it came time to pay.
The situation became even more uncomfortable at the end of our meal. When my wife asked a busboy for Angelica's name, Angelica later saw our credit card during payment. She took our card, turning her back to us without even making eye contact. When she returned, she sarcastically said "Abigail" in a very ironic tone, as if to mock us by implying she knew my wife's name too. Her behavior was completely unprofessional and disrespectful.
The discrimination was palpable - it seemed they didn't want to serve people like us while profiting from a watered-down version of our cuisine. The irony wasn't lost on us that this establishment serves Mexican food while treating actual Mexican customers with disrespect.
If you value quality food and respectful service, avoid this place. For similar prices, LUNAS offers much better food, and you won't be subjected to discriminatory treatment or mockery based on your ethnicity. Don't waste your money at a place that clearly doesn't value all of its...

Great to see Miguel's big friendly personality bringing the same Casa Lupe energy and feeling of family to their newest restaurant. Mike Jr's super welcoming vibe just added to the excellent service. Food was familiar and outstanding, with generous portions. Dont forget to pop a complinet on their house made tortillas too! Really excited to have them so close and offering their family food now to...

Nice casual sit down place in the patio made it feel authentic. I always drove by seeing lots of folks enjoying the place so glad I...
