¡Las calabazas no son manzanas! Tuesday: ordered an apple pie through the drive through. Later discovered it was a pumpkin pie. Wednesday ordered an apple pie. Got home to discover they once again gave pumpkin pies. Thursday went through the drive through again. This time clearly explained that the last two times we ordered apple pies they gave us pumpkin pies and explicitly reiterated we wanted 2 APPLE pies... And you know what they gave? 2 PUMPKIN pies. 🤦♀️ Had to show them 2 boxes to compare. The apple pies say "Apple" on them; the pumpkin pies just say "Pie." They went to go look and returned to say they didn't have any apple pies. Maybe because every time someone ordered a pumpkin pie they gave them an apple pie?? It's really not that hard. I mean, one says "Apple pie" right on the box. Is this a language barrier issue? Isn't this something that should be covered in training? I get that it's Autumn and pumpkin is seasonal, but come on now, don't force it down everyone's throat. Just give your customers what they order.
I'll spell it out one more time for the sake of clarity
Apple pie vs Pumpkin pie Apples are not pumpkins 🍎 🚫 🎃 Manzanaas no son calabazas
That being said, if you've ever read the book "Fast Food Nation," you may never want to eat here again. 😬 But they're good for a few cheap easy things that don't contain ground beef or potatoes. 🤑 Cheap fountain soda as well. Drive-thru open late. Free WiFi. "McCafe" coffee drinks tend to be hit or miss. It really depends on who's making it. Just stick to the items that are hard to mess up and check your ethics...
Read moreThis location is good some staff are very respectful and courteous and if your order is wrong they fix it, but thats only a certain shift cause that certain shift they are always the same, but just recently a new employee was doing the drive through that just made its difficult to order, so after that I drive up to pay and the price he told me at the speaker was not the same price when I got to the window. I mean a 10 dollar spike from the speaker to the window was a shock, but more shockingly he really put up an argument saying that he never said a price at the speaker and this is the only price that he said, so I told him to cancel the order and forget it but then he says he can give me a discount for the other price. I have went back there 3 more times and each time he has added money on to my bill. He would tell me a price at the speaker but when I go to pay he takes out more than what the price was then gives me my change I noticed the 3rd time cause I was going to use the change for something and the change was short. I went back on my other 2 receipts and sure enough he charged me more but never said a word about it. He works late night and is a fast talker so just a heads up if you go to this location you'll know who is when you...
Read moreMy curbside mobile order took 30 minutes to obtain in the Drive Thru because curbside is closed. The food is nasty.
The drive-thru line extends 5-7 cars down the street outside the parking lot. According to Google Maps' live status, this is "not too busy" for this location.
When I got to the speaker it took 3 minutes before they were ready to receive my mobile order code.
I ate 4 nuggets in the car, two per box: The first box of nuggets is perfectly crispy; but smell and taste burnt. Overwhelmingly burnt. The second box of nuggets is quite soggy, and also has an overwhelming burnt flavor.
The fries aren't bad; but they're not a saving grace making this experience ever worth repeating.
My two drinks were marked "Diet" and "Diet"+"P"
The Diet Dr Pepper is "Diet", the Diet Coke is "Diet"+"P" this mixup is not the end of the world; but if you have food allergies, do be careful in case they switch food too.
The employees were very polite, they appeared to have 2-4 staff for the Saturday night shift.
Edit/Addendum:
They left out 20 nuggets. I assumed the nuggets were at the bottom of the bag, since at the window they handed me one bag and when I asked if there was anything more they replied...
