I had spent a long distance driving. I stopped at Burger King to use the restroom and purchase an item for take out. Seemingly they appeared to still be open. For starters, the storefront glass door did not display business hours signs. I proceeded to walk through the building and headed for the restroom. I noticed an employee, but I was not stopped or informed of the store’s closing policy and or procedure.
Thus, I entered the women’s restroom, but I saw a prior guest had left behind a sh!&&$ situation. I turned to use the only other available stall...when a male employee barged in. He rudely told me the restaurant was closed and the bathrooms were cleaned for the night. Obviously, what he had just said was a BOLD FACE lie. Secondly, his actions were an invasion of privacy and my womanhood. He neither announced his presence nor knocked on the door and did NOT have my PERMISSION. He and I began to have a very angry exchange of words. He said he did not know who left the door unlocked and the restaurant was closed. Repeatedly, I asked the said employee to remove himself from the bathroom and I would leave the building. He told me, “ No.” I was willingly to comply with his request under the ONE circumstance that he removed himself remove the women’s bathroom.
During our exchange of words an Uber driver walked in to the building to pick up customers’ order. He was told to wait outside of the building and pick the food up in the drive-thru. He, also, seemed to hint a bit of confusion at the directions (given the door was unlocked). After, the employee stepped away from the door I left the restroom and asked a woman employee if she understood the problem with the situation. I do not believe she did. She was unreceptive and unable to provide a conflict resolution. I asked for the number for corporate, the manager’s and the employee’s name. She was unwillingly you offer any. The male employee interrupted, ranting about the bathroom being closed. I mentioned how he was more focused about whether I had to use the restroom or not than me being in the building at that moment. I told him I no longer wanted to have a conversation with him and was speaking with another employee. Unreluctantly, he told me the hours were posted on the store front glass door. I assured him they were not and was willingly to prove him wrong. Conveniently enough, he was wrong. I left the store showing him his own error on several points (1. Entering a woman’s bathroom without permission and of the opposite sex, failure to close and lock the building after closing, and failure to display business hours visible to customers).

Read morethis burger king has awful customer service. we ordered online and waited inside the store, where the cashier and everyone else working did not tell us when the order was ready; in fact, they did not even begin making our order until they called out the order of another customer, and we, thinking it was our order, approached the cashier‘s register and inquired about our order. the cashier was confused and began making our order then after making us wait for 30 minutes. not only did they not apologize for the wait (hardly spoke to us at all and were extremely unhelpful and distant—the female cashier who was there when we first walked in just abruptly left with no explanation), but they also did not give us the hi-c pink lemonade drink that we ordered; they just handed us an empty cup and prompted us to fill it at the drink station, where there was no pink lemonade option present. they did not make our order until we had to ask them to. terrible service, not worth the wait; if you want a good Burger King experience, save your time and energy (and money) by going to the Burger King in Stoneham or up the street; they are both much more rich in quality, atmosphere, helpfulness, service, and integrity. we are severely appalled and disappointed with this Burger...
Read moreDined in 2 days before Christmas. Customer service was extremely rude. The female cashier was unfriendly and rude in taking my order. I ordered 2 double cheeseburgers as part of my order and was given and charged for 2 bacon double cheeseburgers incorrectly. I informed another store employee at the register (young male with long dark hair), and he lied to me - stating that there is no double cheeseburger on the menu without bacon. I looked at the menu and then corrected him as I saw the double cheeseburger option clearly stated on the menu screen above the register. He then consulted with the cashier who took my order in front of me and they denied a fault in the order 3 times. I insisted I did not order bacon double cheeseburgers and asked for it to be corrected and re-charged correctly. The male employee reluctantly and begrudgingly corrected my order and was extremely rude. I confronted him upon leaving that he was rude and he refused to apologize or take any accountability. He said, “it’s okay, no problem,” multiple times as a response to his rudeness and did not call over a manager...
