This is one of my favorite Starbucks because of the beautiful people that make it worth coming back to!
For some reason this location always has the very Best customer service I have ever received in any Starbucks.
The staff are so super friendly, personable and are always working hard to get all the orders on time. Sadly, they’ve been understaffed a few times that I visited, yet the service was still outstanding.
NOTE TO MANAGEMENT; The shift manager Edwige and Lessly were the only two working when I arrived one late afternoon and they usually have 4 to 5 people on staff. Edwige and Lessly went over and beyond to assist every customer that walked through that door in a prompt and timely manner and they both did an amazing job at that. Hats off to the both of them for still smiling during all the challenges they were dealing with at that time.
I just hope upper management reads this and rewards them appropriately!
Starbucks is Lucky to have such an amazing TEAM that gives there all!

You'll never see the same person working here. It's like it's a training ground for newbs and we get to practice patience.
Don't ever ever ever think about walking in and ordering anything to dodge the line outside. There's a line outside because theyve apparently been taught to prioritize the drive thru. This lady stormed in today and lost her mind because she was waiting a half hour for her order...complaining that she watched a dozen cars get serviced in the drive thru.
I had the same experience and when I gently pointed out that I was waiting for over 20 minutes, one of the staff grabbed my slip, begrudgingly made my drink and slammed it on the counter with attitude. No apology. Apparently I was the one being the jerk.
I understand it's tough finding competent workers and the service industry sucks in general but....just warning everyone. The other two Starbucks close by...
Read moreI come to this starbucks location every week and I have for months. it has slowly gone down hill. this saturday at about 12 in the afternoon, I went with my mom and I ordered my drink that I always get, an chai tea latte. I am a hater of coffee, so when I got my drink I took a sip and it was bitter and not even close to a chai latte. my mom had to send it back since it’s a 7 dollar drink and we weren’t going to waste money on an incorrectly made drink. she handed it back and told them it tasted like coffee. they apologized, “re made it”, and handed it back to me. it still tasted absolutely awful. we drove away because we were in a rush, but I made sure to remember to write a review. it’s so disappointing how expensive starbucks is to begin with, and then to have your drink, which is one of the most popular on the menu, be repeatedly made extremely incorrectly, it’s just so...
