McDonald's — Restaurant in Saugus

I just had the most worst experience of any time getting food in my life at this McDonald's location I paid for a cab which I didn't mind because we were in the mood for McDonald's and considering my fiance was pregnant she had a McDonald's craving so why not pay for a cab and give her what she wants but then the worst thing that could happen happened as we were ordering I asked for a steak and cheese on a bagel with a white egg customized they said at first they did not have that only in the morning then I was going to choose something else and as I said a sausage instead they said no they actually could make it so I ordered it when I got to the window and they said sorry we cannot make it keep in mind I'm still in a cab and I had already waited 10 minutes just to get to the window because it was very busy outside so I bite my tongue and say alright just make a sausage they make the sausage egg and cheese and put it on an English muffin with the right egg that I originally asked for I went back to the window, and said I would want it remade on a bagel please this time they come back and they put it on a bagel but it it's the wrong egg this time I go inside and a new manager comes to the desk and would not let me talk and telling me that I didn't pay for that and the Egg I got is what comes with what I ordered I let him know that I paid extra for the white egg and I had a receipt to prove it he said that they don't serve that kind of egg at that time but the last sandwich they gave me that was messed up had a white egg so he was lying so long story short I said give me my money back forget it he looked at his co-worker and said honky (racist slur towards white people ) keep in mind he's an African-American he then came back to the desk and said you don't want the sandwich you want your money and my cab is still going outside I let him know sir I have a cab outside this is the third sandwich that was messed up I don't have time for you to make another one he slammed his hands down and ran in the back like he was getting ready to fight me I asked him are you going to fight me over a sandwich I took my money and got back into the cab and left unhappy and did not get what I asked for and now I'm starving and have to order from somewhere else I will never go back to this McDonald's location again and all his coworkers are a big joke when they laughed after he...

I have truly never had a worse eating experience in my life. I can’t say I’ve ever been compelled to write a negative review for anything Until this moment. There is no possible way that my sandwiches were made within 48 hours of consumption. The bread was so hard that Thor’s Hammer couldn’t have penetrated it, let alone my mortal mouth. Somehow, despite the staleness of the bread, the grease was seeping out and flooding the bag and my hands alike. The flavor of the chicken was horrific - it was also rock hard and tasted like aluminum that sat in a deep fryer for 2 months. The sandwich itself was also the size of my palm (which didn’t bother me, in retrospect; because it took up less space in my trash can — where I threw it immediately). Beyond this, our entire order was reviewed, read back to us, and then misdelivered and mischarged, yet the blame was placed on us.

I’ve been to McDonald’s hundreds - maybe thousands - of times, and I can say, without a doubt, that this experience was not only the worst McDonald’s experience of my career, but perhaps the worst culinary experience of my career. AVOID THIS LOCATION! Decided to give this one a last chance, don’t know why I bothered though, this place sucks largely because of the rude and lazy employees, half of which can barely understand or speak the English language🤔 Went in the drive thru, got up to the window, got my food, but no receipt? Asked the young lady where my receipt was, couldn’t understand her babbling excuse so I asked if she could print one for me, again started babbling about how she can’t print another one. Argued with her “why didn’t you just give me a receipt in the first place” and again, more bs from her. Going nowhere, she’s clearly lacking any intelligence, so I drove off, unsure of how much I was actually charged for any of the food items I got. Also ordered a creamy chili sauce to try, it even showed on the screen as “creamy chili” but when I opened the bag it was sweet and sour. Nice can’t even read labels correctly 👍 Absolute slimy place, disgusting lazy people working here, and huge language barrier so good luck complaining about anything in person.
