Some serious lack of tact with the service, here. there were two guys when I came in here. One of them was busy making all of the drinks for a crowd of people that were standing waiting for their drink.
The guy that was taking orders talk really fast and was very impatient even though I expertly ordered my beverage, speaking clearly and efficiently, I had to repeat twice that I did not want dark roast. I was checking out and opted for cash back with my debit card and the guy just left before the transaction was done. He yelled at the guy that was busy making drinks hollering something like "yo, I'm CLEANING, dude!" and just walked away into the back area... so I had to ask the guy that was actually busy helping customers if he could give me my receipt and cash.
Then I sat down to have my coffee and realized that he did not leave the promised extra space for cream. In fact, it was already spilling over, even if I'd planned on drinking it black. Ok, that's not important but just adds to the staggering disappointment the customer service experience is, here.
While sitting there, I overheard multiple conversations between the two barristers... All of them involved unprofessional language (the "f-word") where the extra horrible guy cited anecdotes of how annoying the customers were to the less annoying guy... I go to Target 2-3 times a week...and almost always "try" to grab coffee here before going for my Target run. 50% of the time my attempts to buy coffee were unsuccessful, - either because: They had run out of most of the syrups, OR the people working there are SOOOOO SLOW and SOOO lazy that they don't even care if you wait there for 30 mins.
