I am unsure of how to review as I had mixed feelings I placed an online order asking for two mango dragon fruit lemonade refreshers I pickup my order and receive 2 lemonades and I was a little confused at first because I am like wait aren't I supposed to get a warning at least, but anyway I let the cashier know and she's like we don't have mango so we just gave you lemonade it tastes the same, I am confused because I paid for mango dragon fruit what I paid for not just to buy lemonade. Like honestly would you go to a coffee shop and if they don't have coffee they will just give you the creamer because they don't have coffee. I was not understanding. Then the barista I think that's what he's called was nice and rude at the same time I even felt bad for letting him know of their error. I understand they are busy but you do pay for what you get and at least please give a warning. I was not rude I simply wanted what I paid for and remind you the drinks aren't cheap and for just lemonade with fruit trust me I'd rather go to wendy's their probably like 1 dollar or something. My only complaint here is when that occurs again don't just give the person lemonade simply let them know communication is key. And don't get frustrated look at the bigger picture. I did reach out to customer service about this, and I will change my review to a more positive one if this case is handled as seriously as it should be.
I witnessed today, May 14, 2022 at 9:50 a.m., the caucasian woman supervisor that walks with a limp react to a bipoc employee that was asking for assistance in helping a customer, in a terrible manner. She talked poorly about her over the headset while glaring her down along with other general intimidation tactics.
All of this only slowed the team down, making me and others only have to wait longer and witness more of the same.
IDK if this was just a terrible day, but based on what I saw, it is likely a pattern of behavior that should not exist on any level of management.
I appreciate the employees who make my drinks, and I think they deserve fair treatment and good wages. I hope this isn't too much to ask from a customer who regularly pays over 10$ for 2 drinks.

Read moreFirst off *THIS ONE HAS A DRIVE THRU 👏👏👏💕 only because it used to be a fast food place before Starbucks took it over but still that's amazing. Be prepared though if you do the drive-thru you will be waiting a long time in line regardless of your order. Think how long it takes normally inside for them to make those long complicated orders like my favorite salted caramel mocha blended frappuccino venti with whip cream, and add about 5-10 more minutes to that, sometimes up to 15 minutes waiting in the drive-thru once I placed my order in the morning or on weekends. That said, this location is open until 930 PM and you should check their website to see if what you want is still available. They "run out" of certain ingredients often. They may have what you want as a hot beverage but not in a cold, go figure seeing the only difference is ice.
