Arby's — Restaurant in Sault Ste. Marie

Ordered 2 meals both medium the fries were so stale you couldn't bite into them. Now I love Arby's! I was a manager for Arby's in petoskey. This was unacceptable. No red sauce on my beef and cheddar meat cut too thick but sandwiches weren't the issue they were still descent. The fact their pumps were not only empty in the lobby but completely disgusting as well as the fries I asked for condiments and the girl with all the piercings rolled her eyes as if that was difficult. End game..... don't eat in the soo for Arby's make your trip to petoskey or Gaylord. I totally understand that restaurants are short handed right now. On Feb. 23rd, shortly after 4:00 p.m. we ate inside. Both bathrooms were dirty. There were 6 tables that needed to be washed. The floor was dirty. Our fries were a combination of curly fries and regular fries mostly small pieces! Must of been leftovers from previous orders.. And they were cold. The top of my bun was dry. No I didn't go to the counter to complain. I just wanted to eat and leave. It was not busy.. If the dining area is going to be open...

Walked in for supper, only one customer inside eating. Someone came to the counter to take our order, I hear the f word in thebackground. Get our food, go over to the condiments and the place was a mess. Looking for a table to sit down, 3 had food on it and I found a fourth table that was clean. My crispy chicken sandwich was good first three bites, so much gristle in the rest of the chicken I finally gave up after having to 2 pieces out. Did I ask for another sandwich, no thank you! Not visiting this...
