Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Savage

I understand that right now there's quite a shortage of employees but I don't think that that gives anyone the right to treat anyone badly, customer to worker or vice versa. Our order was almost 30 minutes late and we were quite gracious and patient yet the manager (he was in gray) still felt the need to talk down to us and give us attitude for simply answering a question he asked. He asked if we were there to pick up a pizza, we replied yes we are here to pick up a pizza, and then he raised his voice and asked rudely, "I just asked you if you were here to pick up a pizza" to which we calmly responded yes and he proceeded to give us attitude by stating "Well that's what I just asked you!!" To which we calmly replied again, "Yes we understand, we replied yes to your question." It was only when another, kinder employee jumped in that he backed down. He was very antagonistic and his body language was very confrontational. We understand with this time that there are many who are struggling to make ends meet, but that isn't a reason to antagonize and treat people who have treated you kindly, rudely. Very disrespectful, customer service is terrible order a pizza last night and it kook like they put pizza in box with left overs pizza was old looking and not even hot I was told they put my name and number on just but it was never out the list so I was told they can't find out who took that order but if I wanted another pizza I have to pay again how does that make since I'm a unhappy customer who just order last night and you just say I'm out of luck how professional is that customers are always right until you can satisfy them to fill good about the service savage domino big F on that and I did speak to manager and I see why places don't get ran better have to have a great leader to lead everyone can't be a leader. I order pizza from this location twice a week and tonight is gonna be the last time 02-27-2020, I made sure on the app and called this store to not leave my pizza outside the apartment building since there are a lot of people coming in and out out the building, tonight is the second time a driver that doesn’t care about the customer left my pizza outside, couldn’t even wait 5 minutes someone to come and get it and when my wife came out to get the pizza the driver is nowhere to be seen and I told him where are you at and he said I’m at the store, money shouldn’t be the priority than the customer...
