I understand that right now there's quite a shortage of employees but I don't think that that gives anyone the right to treat anyone badly, customer to worker or vice versa. Our order was almost 30 minutes late and we were quite gracious and patient yet the manager (he was in gray) still felt the need to talk down to us and give us attitude for simply answering a question he asked. He asked if we were there to pick up a pizza, we replied yes we are here to pick up a pizza, and then he raised his voice and asked rudely, "I just asked you if you were here to pick up a pizza" to which we calmly responded yes and he proceeded to give us attitude by stating "Well that's what I just asked you!!" To which we calmly replied again, "Yes we understand, we replied yes to your question." It was only when another, kinder employee jumped in that he backed down. He was very antagonistic and his body language was very confrontational. We understand with this time that there are many who are struggling to make ends meet, but that isn't a reason to antagonize and treat people who have treated you kindly, rudely.
