Jersey Mike's Subs — Restaurant in Savage

Disappointed . Staff was rude and got insolent when remaking my sandwich, they put so much oil on it I couldn’t eat it. BTW when they were cutting my giant sandwich there was so much oil that the guy cut his hand, I was served that sandwich . On my previous visit to this store I had curbside pickup, my sandwich had 1/2 in of mayo on it. I filled out a Jersey Mike’s online comment, no one replied . The Burnsville store is great. The reply below only adds to the disappointment I experienced at this store. The owner asked if I would speak with her because the employees denied that anyone was cut and no reports were filed. She apologized for her inexperienced crew, stated I can only get 14 year olds to work here. No other jersey mikes puts a cup of oil on a sandwich, is rude to customers and the owner lies to cover up poor training and sloppy work. Shame on you! This Jersey Mike’s sub is THE BEST. They are so friendly, the sandwiches are the BOMB, and they are VERY COVID SAFE!!

Anytime there is someone in without a mask or a mask not worn properly, they ask them to wear their mask. If they do not comply, they kindly ask them to leave the building. This is so very important not only just for general health, but especially because they prepare food right in front of customers. This means a lot, especially in Prior Lake where businesses don’t often follow the law in regards to COVID protection and mask usage. Very thankful for the strict adherence to these laws. As a result, I always feel confident purchasing food here.

Keep doing what you’re doing, guys! I wholeheartedly recommend this sandwich shop....

Well I can only speak for the 1 sandwich that I have tried here... the Chipotle Philly Cheese steak... and honestly I dont have words for it other than absolutely delicious! I went in not knowing what to expect and trying to not have high expectations being it's a sandwich shop (like all others I assumed) but this Philly has SO MUCH flavor, juicy, tender, messy, made on the spot to order! And I really like that you can watch them prepare the food right behind the counter. Fantastic place! Update: the philly chipolte cheese steak #43 with extra sauce and add jalapeños is the greatest for sure. Jimmy who? Subwhat? Quiznotta... Mikes is...
