Sold me a vape battery that said all over the box that it had a failsafe in case the connection shorted. The first issue I had is that the failsafe failed and the battery nearly exploded in my face and made my whole car smell like burning electronics. I went back to the shop and the first guy told me that it's not their problem and the owner won't call me back, I returned and talked to the inventory manager who also didn't seem grateful I didn't get permanent injury from this but also was very dismissive that it wasn't their fault. I don't care I have been coming here for years, all of the shops sell the same shit but if you happen to sell me something that nearly exploded I expect something in return. I can just go somewhere else if you won't do anything to keep me as a customer after I come over and over to shop here. They didn't even take the faulty product off the shelf which is what I really cared about more than the money. So I cannot recommend anyone shop here, even if they sell you a grenade and you come back to let them know expect them to not care at all. They even complained about my attitude when I'm just letting them know they're selling dangerous stuff, to them it's all the same if you're buying it. I have every reason to be upset with you guys, acting like you're being nice when you've already told me you won't do anything doesn't come off that way. If your shop personally sold me something that could've hurt me that's between me and you guys, I don't want a replacement from the brand that almost hurt me so what is the point of reaching out...

I would give zero if I could. I was a regular customer for over a year. Tonight I am no longer going to patronize this establishment or any others they own. I walked in and both clerks were helping other customers, which is fine, however no acknowledgement from them of me being there. As soon as someone else walked in th girls rushed to help them, I then went up to the counter and told the clerk I have been standing here for over ten minutes without acknowledgement, she didn't seem to care and the other people she was going to help before me became upset at me. No biggie though there are dozens of smoke shops around with the same products. I gave them a second chance in the past when they sold me a vape that they didn't carry the atomizers for anymore and I only found out when I went to purchase some from them. I've never had anything less than a stellar experience in there. I got into vaping recently and was specific about what I wanted and I was directed to just the right products each time; never pressured into something I wasn't looking for. And I talked to different people all three times when it came to vaping. The cigar selection is okay, but it's not really a 'gar shop.
