I have been a lifetime customer of Burger King but after my experience tonight I will no longer be a customer. I tried to use the delivery because I was tired from a hard day of work and had to help take care of my kids. So I placed the order and the order came like it should so it's not doordash or the person that delivered my food fault. I opened the bag to start handing out food but then i realized that they didn't give me the large fries I ordered for my 18th month old and they didn't put the bacon or cheese on the hamburger I ordered and paid for for my 7 year old. They also didn't have the Chicken sandwich i ordered for my wife. So i called Burger King which is the place i ordered my food from and they said "O, you can cone tomorrow and get your order". Why would I want to eat the same thing i ordered today for tomorrow when i ordered it for today. So I asked is there a way you can send the food or can i get a refund and they said you would have to speak to doordash. So i called door dash and they called Burger King and then Doordash told me to call Burger King and they would refund me the money. So I called Burger King again and spoke to the "manager" again and he said you would have to call doordaah because we can't do refunds for food that was delivered. Question: how is this supposed to be my issue? I just want my money back for what i didn't get or the food delivered. But continuing where i left off. So i called Doordash again and they said i would have to get the refund from Burger King since i ordered my food directly from Burger King and not Doordash. So I called Burger King again and spoke to the "manager" again and he said i would have to get my refund from the app. One i didn't use an app to order my food. So now i am stuck with a burger my daughter doesn't want and have to give my son my fries. I forgot to say they didn't even give me my large fries I ordered with my large meal. Thursday around 6:15 pm First, the sign on 95 indicated, "quick drive easy off and back on" or something like that, well NOT SO..it was 0.9 miles and getting back on 95 a real task. When we arrived the line had like 8 cars, I should have listened to my instincts, as drivers after drivers left the line, decided to stay , because NOW it was only 4 CARS ahead of me. BOY, OH BOY..THAT WAS WRONG CHOICE. I stayed, it took 35 minutes to go thru this ordeal. When I inquire to the cashier why was there such a long wait, he responded, WE HAVE LOTS OF PEOPLE THAT COME HERE.I did need to run to the bathroom and only saw ONE person on the line. Well anyway to top it all, the bag of fries and onion rings were almost empty, since I had lost so much time, I did not address this issue. OWNER DEFINATELY NEED TO FIX THIS PROBLEM if you want your business to succeed. because while I waited with the cars ahead of me, I saw countless number of cars drive away. After repeating it 3 or 4 times I just drove to the window & placed my order. I asked for my burgers to be off the broiler young man in the back yells out their off the broiler. Duuuh I know that but I wanted mines cooked fresh. Long story short I was asked to pull up while I suppose able wait on my burgers to come off the broiler. My burgers were placed in the microwave to make me think they were off the broiler. Kids think they got all the sense. I worked fast for years so I know how they operate. I will never go back again. VERY DISATISFIED. DATE IS 8/22/24 TIME IS BETWEEN 5 & 5:15 CALLED BACK UP THERE YOUNG MAN ANSWERED THE PHONE WHEN I ASKED FOR A MANAGER HE HUNG UP IN MY FACE. CALLED BACK AGAIN.
