Subway — Restaurant in Savannah

Go else where, take your pick, Pooler, Rincon, Springfield, or Savannah locations. This store refuses any coupons sponsored by Subway, which i think their suppose to take but they are losing out on overall business by not doing so. Food was good, but they serve bare quantities. You struggle to request extra anything without excuses why they have to manage the bottom line cost. Well if there are 8 condiments to choose from and I ask for only 4 condiments... I should be able to receive extra on those 4 condiments without the hassle, excuses, or refusal. Management struggled to understand this concept, but in the end he clamed up and did what we asked. I'm sure he's going to have a sign posted in a week or so about no extra condiments at all. Most other employees are super silent to customers unless manager says something, authoritarian style place. I respect business ethics but when your customers service is minimal and your bottom line is all so obvious that money is the only thing that matters then there is a good chance the business will not reach maximum profits. Scrounging to save money by skimping on product, will ONLY discourage regular going customers and deter new customers. I do drive the extra 5 miles to go somewhere different even though my house less than a quarter of a mile away from this place. I might retry every 3 months or so to see if they...

I ordered from here on July 31 and had 3 subs delivered. Door dash picked it up but it was delivered to the wrong house. I contacted them and they reached out to the store to have it remade at door dashes expense. The manager wasn’t there so they gave him the managers number and proceeded to call them. He explained what happened and asked subway to remake it for us. At first the manager said yes so door dash called the store back and they said the manager changed his mind! Keep in mind I paid for the food then door dash also paid them. Door dash put in a request for the refund and I never received one. Door dash attempted to call again and the manager was on the background saying he didn’t want to talk to them. Not I have to go through corporate which won’t allow you to speak to someone it all through the website. I have never had such a bad experience in my life. I agree the food is almost never made correctly but at that time there wasn’t anything else open. I will be going in and directly speaking to that so...

Went to this establishment for something healthy so stopped by here. Bread is toasted extremely to hard even when you say lightly toasted, some veggies are not fresh like pickles, lettuce, cucumbers and meat taste spoil that’s put on the sandwich. I noticed all of this upon opening my sandwich with trying to eat it. It was so nasty having to throw it away.They keep glass covered so high the metal covering you can’t see the meat so you don’t know if the meat is spoiled or not until you taste it. Also they do not take coupons when they do put something on sale the to go cups for drinks get smaller. It’s like you’re not getting a deal just other ways around them getting money. There’s better sandwich shops around that’s way better. Go where your money is valued plus the food you purchase is good and fresh. So disappointed, upset and mad a waste of money and time.
