We coming this restaurant many years when I go to there usually the restaurant manager is there he is very nice person! So I love that place but the visit yesterday it was a most horrible experience ever my life my order it was mis matched we was order a Johny that’s come with soup or salad we was try make it super easy to the waitress so we asking exactly same food for both of us ! Only change it was I was asking a lobster ravioli because I love ! So the extra will be two salad and two lobster ravioli! The waitress it was bring one soup and one salad I was asking were is his soup she said oh I was think you want soup and he is want salad ! Ok fine he was get was a very bad meat I was showing to the chef and he was immediately address the problem we was order the Hennessy the first one it was fine we asking the other they bring my Frend he was take one swip from it the waitress showing up grab a glass and take it ! My friend he said she just take my drink I was call her immediately she was like no it was empty! Come on why I should be asking !!! Unbelievable! So at this point I was almost want live ! My friend get a other meat he still don’t get his lobster ravioli at this point we get pissed of but patiently we don’t said anything well the show up with the other soup I was still don’t have my meat no asking refill my coke or other bread I was even trying to showing to them I am long time customer here is my photos with dates and food pictures! Etc! So I was decide I will pay everything but is no tips also big chance is are we never come back here no more I hope the restaurant Maneger read this and they do the necessary changes about food quality and waitress as well most of time the food is absolutely delicious and seems to be fresh but this one is was something wrong for sure might it was a wrong day for everybody bad experience! I am hope the company owner call me and apologize for the bad experience I think they will so I was not happy at all I just did this because hopefully we see some improvement!!!Thank you so much !

I’m sure some people like it. We were seated right away, and Solely, our server, was there right away to take our drink order. She also took our food order at that time. She was very friendly and helpful. She returned with our drinks quickly. The salad was fresh and crisp. The salad was large and filled with an array of vegetables. The house vinaigrette dressing had a tangy flavor. The food arrived promptly and was visually appealing and warm. However, the downside is that the food was not warm enough to melt the cheese. The grilled chicken was large, and the added cheese on top upped the flavor even more. The chicken was tender and juicy. It was well seasoned with a good grill flavor. The broccoli was firm but not hard. Solely checked back frequently to ensure we had everything we needed. The manager, Landless, stopped by twice to check on our meal. I discussed the warm food, and he was genuinely interested and wanted to correct the issue. I enjoyed our conversation. This was another enjoyable lunch.

The breading was crispy but not burnt, and the chicken was tender and juicy. The marinara sauce had a rich spicy tomato flavor. The broccoli was firm but not hard. Brandy checked back frequently to ensure we had everything we needed. This was another enjoyable lunch.

This was my husband's and I first time visiting Carrabbas. This was out last night in town, and we decided to give ot a try. We arrived at the location at 8:58 Needless to say we are not pleased with the lack of service that we received.. the waiter was uninterested, and showed so when he advised us that they close in 30 mins after in which we received our appetizer and salads that we had to wait to get his attention to get cheese and ranch.. which we weren't done eating, and not shortly afterwards we received our meal... as if they were pushing us out the restaurant. My husband asked the waiter for his opinion on the asparagus, he advised it was good, so my husband chose it.. when our meal came out he received spinach instead. My husband advised the waiter he ordered asparagus, the waiter went to check to see what he put in on the tix and came back, and stated my husband was correct. We felt that was rude.. you shouldve looked prior to disagreeing with him about what he ordered. My pasta was undercooked, my husbands scallops was under cooked also. We had to wait until they brought him his asparagus, that had no seasoning, undercooked.. and downright disgusting. They definitely dropped the ball, and did not care. We asked to speak with the manager at this point, he came out but was very unapologetic and asked us what would we like him to do... he did not take control of the delimma as he should have..We offered to pay for the full meal, he took off one meal and never came back to the table or say anything else to us. We are very disappointed in the lack of service, food, sad to say we probably won't return based on this...

Last week I ordered food from Carrabba's for the very first time. My food was not very good but the Canoli cake was so awesome,that I wanted to purchase one for my family member who was celebrating a birthday today. I called to see if it was possible for me to purchase an entire cake. The young lady who answered the phone was very professional and I could hear her smile over the phone. She put me on hold to check pricing. She returned and let me know that I would have to pay by the slice and quoted a price of $40-$41 dollars.I told her that was fine and I would be there to get the cake shortly. I arrived to a quiet,clean atmosphere(never dined there before) and was greeted and offered assistance right away. The hostess checked on my order and a young lady came over to me with the cake and said, "that'll be $192." She didn't have the pleasant disposition that the other young ladies had displayed when they greeted me. She noticed my facial expression and said,"I know she told you the price over the phone." I replied,"She told me a price but not that price." I did not like her attitude so I didn't take the conversation any further. I told her I was not going to get the cake and I left. I didn't come prepared to pay that amount.I felt so disappointed. Additionally, my party plans were delayed because I had to go and find...
