I ordered my usual lunch (oyster and fries) over the phone because i was in a hurry to get back to work, well after i left KEVIN ( a worker there, whom i do not know, besides working there) got my number off the caller id and began to text me. He asked me all types of inappropriate questions about if i was single or married and if he could take me out. I called the owner which is hope, and forwarded her all of the text messages he sent me including the ones where i asked him to stop or i would file harassment charges. unbeknownst to me that is her daughters live BF. Hope called her daughter, to have her call me and he's in the back ground yelling and cursing saying that i was lying. Of course he deleted the messages out of his phone but i sent screen shots to her and still filed charges because he called my phone the next day a few times and was trying to curse me out for something he had done. Had problems here even back when they were getting more positive reviews. Now it seems everyone is seeing the quality go down. As for my experience, I bought food from them on 4 occasions. Hit and miss on all but one. Everything from clams that smelled and tasted like sewage because they were harvested from the marsh to buying a dozen crabs only to find that every single one of them were blackened inside with only scraps of meat along the shell. I don't know what in the world could have caused that. Customer service is spotty with most employees acting like they don't want to be there, and the prices versus the amount of food you get is ridiculous with some entrees like the oyster "dinner" that has fries and 8 overcooked and shriveled oysters about the size of a quarter. Last visit I noticed that the raw shrimp were old. You could see the tissue breakdown from the acidity from sitting too long....

I placed an order of fried shrimp and fried fish for $8.50. The manager messed up my order and gave me cole slaw and fried fish. Mind you I had to walk 25 minutes to get there. When I called to notify them what happened, the young guy tells me to call back the manager is busy. I said NO I will come back and you all redo my order. When I got there no apology from NO ONE. And to make matters worse I know the manager and he still was unapologetic. Then he got a little "heated" when he saw the frustration on my face. I kept it cool and politely told him that he messed up my order why does he have an attitude problem. So he reluctantly and was rushing me off to get $5 free of crab rice.
