THE WORST EXPERIENCE I HAVE HAD!
I ma driver for doordash. There was me and several other doordash waiting on our orders. The app told us to go to the window or the left lane. At the time, the left lane was blocked by cones. That's when I made my way up to the window. The woman there said that she's the only one working the doordash orders and we will have to go through the drive-thru. Something else to do about they just got the truck in and they needed to focus on that. She was very unprofessional. Then this man came behind her and said that there doesn't need to be any further explanation and close the window on me and the doordash are behind me. We both said that he was very unprofessional. We made our way to the line and even in the line we had to wait an additional 40 minutes. Granted our customers were gracious enough to understand that their orders were late due to the lack of professionalism from the employees. While I was waiting in line they messed up the orders multiple times and they weren't listening to the name on my order. I had to repeat myself constantly. They were telling jokes and using all language and were just unprofessional all around. I actually took a video of it and I may just upload it to my YouTube channel. I have proof of everything that happened. There were me and several other people who drive for doordash who were told that their orders were not even started. This place was extremely unprofessional and they need to hire new staff that know how to talk to customers and they don't just play around. I couldn't believe that this happened. I do plan on calling corporate but I don't even know if they will do anything. But I do have proof if they need it. I will definite decline doordash orders from them now that I see how they...
Read moreThis has got to be the worst fast food restaurant ever! I can't believe that this place is allowed to continue to operate. I would give it a zero if it were possible. Firstly, the line was easily 10 cars long. There were maybe 3 workers inside. One poorly trained in customer service and order taking, and two more who were preparing food at the rate of a turtle climbing uphill. They take your order, ask you to pull up or park on the side.. Then you just sit and wonder when you'll get your food. So, we're in the middle of a pandemic? After a long wait, one of the workers hands our food to another customer who had also been waiting an extensive amount of time and asked her to pass it to us! A STRANGER WAS GIVEN OUR FOOD TO GIVE TO US INSTEAD OF THE WORKER BRINGING IT TO US HERSELF. Hello germs! I can't make this stuff up. Worst food service experience. I'm visiting from another state and I certainly hope this is not what Georgia has to offer....
Read moreBe careful with your credit and debit cards. I went by this Checkers on Saturday and got me something to eat and drink. Gave the girl my card to pay and got it back in a few seconds. Went by on Sunday to get something for me and my wife. Gave the guy my card to make payment, and it took a few minutes before I got it back. He kept giving me quick glances while he was holding his hand out like he was waiting on the computer. I turned to look at my wife and made a comment about how long they were holding my card and looked back into the drive-thru window. A few seconds after that, I got my card back. Monday morning, I had Lyft and Uber charges against my card. I have reason to believe that employee or multiple employees are copying card info from various customers and using the info they're copying. Be very wary.
