This is the worst Burger King I've ever been to. For a franchise, this location lacks consistency. But it does come with managers with a poor attitude. What was most discouraging is that my coupon was not honored when I asked to upgrade my Whopper to an impossible burger. This is something that every other location has been able to do for a $1 upgrade, which Malinda the GM very rudely replied that this is 'against policy and would mess up her counts'. This was obviously a lie so as to not have to deal with us. She had also lied previously when taking our order at the drive-thru and claiming she 'talked to the manager about it' and we came to find she is the manager! Not to mention the three times she acted like she couldn't hear me and made me repeat myself...clearly out of spite. She was all around very unprofessional and let her attitude get the best of her from beginning to end. I don't expect a 5 star experience at a fast food restaurant, but I expect an employee at any establishment to treat their customers like human beings. I will happily drive the 10 extra minutes out of my way to never pay for anything at this Burger King ever again. Do yourself a favor and just eat...
Read moreBurger King on Ogeechee & Chatham Parkway has very bad customer service. It's bad when the manager has an attitude when she talks to her customers & other employees. I usually get a bacon, egg & cheese crossandwich but it never looks like the picture. All of their breakfast sandwiches are pre made then placed in a bin & when you order them they are then put in the microwave to heat them up. The young lady with the burgundy hair needs a serious reality check because she is always short with customers & need to learn how to smile & say T HANK YOU. I did call the District Manager & voice my concerns, he wanted to buy me a meal but I refused & told him I just wanted him to know how his employees & managers treat their customers. If you don't like the job you are in, leave & get something that you enjoy doing not take your problems out on...
Read moreSitting in the drive through as I type this and I’m committed now as I’m trapped by other unfortunate and misguided souls who also thought fast food meant it didn’t take an hour to get a burger. Nothing like waiting by the speaker for over 10 minutes and not so much as any kind of “hi” or “be with you shortly”. Granted it’s 10:30 at night and maybe the B Team on shift but it’s still sad that this is the service that I’ve come to know from multiple times at this location. First time I thought might have been a fluke or an off night. Turns out this is as per ush. The workers are always friendly when I’m interacting with them but it doesn’t make waiting 20 minutes for a sandwich less frustrating. 10/10 will go again if no other options are available or I want to finish the last half of a 10 hour audiobook while waiting for a late...
