My family and I had to stay here for about 2 weeks so we wanted something decent for the stay. Although it was an affordable price I wouldn’t recommend staying here unless it’s for a quick night. The floor we stayed on was quiet and mini top stove came in handy BUT we had a HUGE FLEA issue! We where constantly getting bit by the fleas. We thought about buying flea products but We shouldn’t have to buy flea products at a hotel!! We have a lot of flea bites around our feet and arms since the first night. My husband was done with it at this point. You can’t even get out a clean shower without getting bit! So he went downstairs at night around 9 PM to ask for a new room on same floor. The lady at front desk acted very nonchalant about it as if it’s not a big deal. She had to call the manager and when she asked the manager she smirked as if it was funny…(Everyone at front desk needs better customer service skills as they act very disinterested. I’ve only encountered 2 ladies who where helpful and delightful on 11/19 morning shift)… My husband asked if we can have another room on same floor so that we wouldn’t have to move all of our things too far and most definitely did not want the second floor after an incident with a lady and man…They gave us the second floor even though we told them we didn’t not want the second floor. They said they didn’t have anymore other available.. We wanted to avoid the 2nd floor because few days ago there was an incident with a women running yelling terrified saying help help a man in one of the rooms was pulling out his private part.. I’m not sure what happened to the man as I didn’t see any police arrive but I DID NOT want to be anywhere near there.. The fleas where so Irritating that we where going to try the second floor anyways since the room was right by an exit way but soon as we opened the door the next door dog started barking so loud so we said nvm and returned the new room keys.. I understand pet friendly policy but people should really do a better job at maintaining their pets CLEANNN and trained.. Having fleas traveling around the rooms. Definitely not acceptable!! End up looking like we have been sleeping in the bushes with bugs. No one wants to stay in a room like that especially when you are paying for it.. They provided a few utensils but you have to go downstairs and get them yourself not to big of a bother but I thought they’d bring it up to you.. wouldn’t recommend staying especially if you have a family. On top of that When we booked online we reserved for a studio since it was going to be 3 of us for almost 2 weeks.. When upon arrival I checked in. The lady at from desk Christina said lowly said “let me see if they have any ready for you” but she didn’t say anything else just gave me the key and stayed breakfast was in morning and that was it. Price came out to be cheaper. She had to give us a smaller room (single) and NOT a studio and didn’t even let me know if that was okay. Instead we got put into a smaller room that has fleas!! We basically paid for a big and nice room to be downgraded to an infested room. What a disappointment!

Read moreI'm going to start by saying we didn't even end up stay at this hotel so as far as the rooms and amenities go I have no idea how they are. Judging by the service we received at the front desk I would say they are probably just as terrible. With that being said I stay at a lot of hotels. I travel a ton especially to Savannah! I've stayed in several different hotels from the Hyatt Regency to the Holiday Inn and i've had many experiences both postive and negative. While we usually stay downtown in the historic district the purpose of this trip was to finalize all of the details of my fiance's and my upcoming wedding so we searched for a hotel closer to our vendors. I booked a room at this hotel 4 months before this trip and immediately received a confirmation. 3 days prior to our check in date I received another confirmation reminding me of our trip. On April 19th with confirmation in hand we arrived at the hotel ready to check in. We proceeded to go to front counter and a young girl very rudely said hello. She asked for our last name and when we gave it to her she proceeded to tell us our reservation had been canclled. I explained to her that it must be some sort of mistake because I have the confirmation in hand. She then told me that it is cancelled because the computer says it is and she could reinstate it but it would be an extra 400 dollars which almost doubled the original cost! I again try to show her the confirmation with the number and the original cost to see if there had been some sort of mistake! She preceeded to rip it out of my hand glance at it and set it back on the counter in front of me. She then told me again that the computer said it was cancelled but she could get us a room for an extra 400 dollars. I then asked her to read me the confirmation number off the reservation which coincidentally didn't match the one I had. I asked her if she could look up the reservation by confirmation number and she said she could do it that way. I then asked her to look it up that way and she refused over and over and kept saying I can get you a room for an extra 400 dollars. We finally got fed up and told her we would look elsewhere for a hotel. She laughed and smiled as we walked out the door. We ended up going down the street to a Holiday Inn that is substantially nicer, has better amenities, polite staff, and is all around a better quality for half the price we would of had to pay for our conveniently cancelled reservation. Considering there were two cars in the parking lot of the Extended Stay when we pulled in they should have jumped at the chance to have paying customers. I have a wedding guest list of over 100 people that all need hotel rooms and this is one place I would NEVER EVER under any circumstances let any...
Read moreBeen here a little over a week , checking out my husband keeps getting bites while he is sleeping and wakes up with bites on him there is something in these rooms not sure if it’s bed bugs or fleas or what they have but the rooms are very dirty when we checked in I bleached everything down in here and cleaned it very well. Because when we checked into the room it was very dirty didn’t look like it had been cleaned there were hairs every where in the bathroom just Nasty . The maids and cleaning staff are all very friendly and nice but they do not do there job well Cleaning needs to be improved especially when people are complaining that there ARE BUGS IN THIS MOTEL !!!!! We will never stay here again this motel is not sanitary by no means . On top of all this I have a 2 year old and as soon as u walk out of your room u smell a bad smell all through the halls that lingers into our room . They do not bring u or offer new linen you have to walk down to desk and bring your old ones then they will give u clean ones and I don’t know how many towels I have had to put into the dirty pile because the clean ones they would give would have long black hairs on them just Gross !!! So my advice do not stay here it’s not worth it . I actually found a bed bug in the drawer as I was packing my stuff up. I took a picture of it I would load it to the review if I knew how to this is my first time to ever leave a review but people need to know about this motel it’s so filthy . I showed the front desk the mornin I checked out they gave us some of our money back but nearly not enough we had 3 rooms rented through this hotel and every one of us had to throw away all our luggage and go wash every drop of clothes and things we brought it was a night mare . They owed us a lot more then what they did after I added up how much we spent with them and how much it has costed to buy new luggage for 3 families wAs by no means cheap . We was gonna Make sure we wasn’t taking there bugs back with us anywhere . They said they was going to get working on there cleaning situation but I highly doubt it compared to the other reviews about fleas and bugs . I think the whole motel is infested...
