Today was a sad day for both myself and Daughter @ this location!!! We both were very excited per usual that we were heading to this location for a delicious meal yet again!!! Upon waiting in line we were roughly #7 in line and waited patiently for the single person serving customers… Usually there is an assembly line with 3 and sometimes 4 people assisting with the process… Today was a bit longer due to the only woman serving from making plates to cashing out customers!!! In a very unpleasant way a person(Not sure woman or man) very abruptly relieved the woman of her position assisting customers!!! We were the next in line and waited an additional 10/12 minutes before this (Person) told the line of precisely 13 people (I counted before leaving) they would need to order online due to short staffing!!! While waiting myself and daughter witnessed this (Person) along with another woman wiping down already clean surfaces after dismissing the customer friendly helpful staff ant the counter!!! Once I confirmed there would be no service at the food counter for customers in line I asked the (Person) if I could talk to a manager!!! This (Person) aggressively told me “You are talking to a manager” then realizing I would not be getting the service deserved I just walked away!!! And to my extreme surprise the (Manager/Person) said aggressively “YEAH!!! THATS WHAT I THOUGHT!!!” This was a complete surprise to me and I was blown away by those actions!!! The one person helping was removed while (2) totally capable employees provided no service to waiting customers!!! I am a regular customer at this location and will refuse to be a customer again if that person is assisting in the process at my time of presence!!! My daughter witnessed this whole situation as did ALL THE OTHER CUSTOMERS BEHIND ME!!! Who politely refused to use the location for their satisfaction of food service… Due to this situation the company lost out on what can only be assumed to be roughly $150 at least!!! As a annual share holder of the stock I am extremely disappointed with this and hope swift disciplinary actions are taken towards the (Person/Manager) with lightly colored tipped dread locks that was soo extremely and unnecessarily rude about the situation!!! The woman who was originally helping was a tad slow but we were patient… She was helpful and getting the job done and even questioned why she couldn’t continue to help the customers!!! Read moreI was one of at least 20 people in the back of the store waiting for a mobile order. There was no line, multiple employees standing around, and there were multiple people that had already been waiting for an hour for their mobile order. The employees refused to allow us to order in line because it would “mess up the system”, they refused to cancel our orders, refused to give us an estimated time for when our orders would be ready. The orders they were putting out had a promised time of over an hour ago of the current time. There was a door dash driver in TEARS because the customer was texting her threatening giving her a bad review because the app said their order was ready an hour ago but the door dash employee had not received it yet. When she tried politely talking to an employee about it they told her to get over it and wait like everyone else. Every time a customer asked about their order the blonde employee would demand we go to the back of the restaurant. At one point the restaurant was becoming so full of people waiting for their mobile orders that we had to start sitting closer and closer to the front in order to social distance ourselves. The employees then proceeded to force us to all crowd to the back where we were shoulder to shoulder. Some customers were refusing to stand in the back in the crowded area so the employees proceeded to call the police and force us all outside into the cold. Finally after waiting almost 2 hours we started to receive our orders that were cold and some incorrect. The employees were classless, rude, gave EVERYONE an attitude and refused to give us their names and proceeded to be “cute” and pose when customers were taking photos of them to to take to corporate to complain about their bad attitude and refusal to make...
Read moreI am writing this review due to the horrible experience that my daughter just received at the Victory Drive location. Due to recent mouth surgery, my daughter is on a very limited diet and is not allowed to have any rice so she decided to order a chicken quesadilla in store along with food for myself and my husband only to be told that she could not have a quesadilla unless she placed the order online. This makes absolutely no sense because I do not understand the logic of why a quesadilla can be made if an order is placed online, but not in the store. Is it not the same workers? Is it not the same food station that makes the quesadilla if you can’t use the justification of while it takes longer to serve those customers for as this makes absolutely no sense because I do not understand the logic of why a case the can be made if a order is placed online, but not in the store.
