Please do NOT order from this MacDonald’s!

I hate leaving bad reviews but please don’t waste your time with this location, honestly doesn’t even deserve one star. I’ve placed an order for some ice creams on Uber Eats twice now on separate occasions and both times MacDonalds has refused to give our food to the drivers. They kept telling the drivers that they were closed (even though they were obviously open) and apparently several other people were waiting endlessly for their food too and nobody showed up or helped them so on multiple occasions we never received our food, ever. We called MacDonald’s up as well, they acknowledged our order, so they know it was there but never answered the drive thru and still wouldn’t give our driver the food. No idea why this kept happening but regardless it’s ridiculous. Not only was our time as a customer wasted on several occasions, but the poor Uber drivers have to also sit there for hours with no explanation or anyone to help them.

At the end we ended up waiting 2 whole hours just for some ice creams and there was zero communication from the MacDonald’s. On another occasion, the first time we ordered here through Uber Eats our order was straight up stolen! Again… we also waited about an hour or so before this happened and only placed a second order later down the line when we thought it was simply an accident (sadly wasn’t the case). We tried to call this Macdonald’s to see what went wrong…no answer, no apology, nothing. They even “closed” their store on Uber so we couldn’t place anymore orders. Not sure how you can treat people like this. Sadly, it looks like I’m not the only one who has experienced such a horrible situation either and I feel terrible for all the other Uber drivers and customers who end up going through the same process. This is the most unprofessional management and setup I have ever experienced and I hope nobody else ends up wasting their time here. I will certainly never be ordering from this...

On Halloween I waited in the drive-thru line for OVER 1 HOUR!! My eldest needed to use the restroom, but at 5:30/6pm when she tried, the doors were locked and she was denied the ability to use the facilities. Finally made it to the cashier and she was not pleasant. She said she was alone and that's why the wait was so long yet there was a young man directly behind her sweeping the floor. I asked her why my child was denied the ability to use the restroom even though we were patrons and forced to wait for so long and she said "For my safety" I asked her point blank how a tiny 10yo girl needing the restroom would be a danger to her safety.... She walked away. She brought back our food Eventually and I drove forward to check it. Despite the receipt showing 2 nugget meals were ordered, she gave us 2 burger meals. Had to go back to the window, walking, interrupt the current customer to get it fixed. Get back to my car and the kids are complaining that they didn't get their Gogurt, the fries are cold and the toys were missing from the happy meals. At that point I was done and we were super late for Trick or Treating so I gave up and left. I had meant to contact a manager or the 800#, but lost the receipt in my car and then forgot. It gets better (worse). We go back a couple weeks later and ended up waiting in line for about 30 minutes and get to see the employees playing and cussing with each other in plain view and earshot of us/my kids. This location is a complete MESS!! Having to wait for 60min+ and 30min+ for MCDONALD'S "FAST FOOD" is insane enough, but to consistently get the wrong food each time after such a lengthy wait and deal with inappropriate conduct by employees is just...

This is the worst McDonald’s ever and the only reason why it gets one star from me is because I wanted to leave this review and in order to do so I had to leave at least one star! They literally are supposed to be open 24 hours during the night and I was there at 10:30 PM and they took everyone’s order except for mine at the drive-through they told me they were closed after I waited 30 minutes to get to the window because no one would come to the speaker so I drove to the window and asked them if I could order bc nobody would respond to me at the speaker and they said they were closed! Then after that as I was leaving they started taking other peoples orders that were behind me! I’m furious right now and it’s not because I didn’t get the food it’s because I literally waited and they could have kindly taken my order as kind as I was and as patient as I was to them but instead they wanted to lie to me! They are always rude there anyways and they never cook the food like it’s suppose to be cooked nor do they ever get your order right! And to top it all off you have to wait forever just for them to take your order! This place just needs to be shut down! Bc they clearly can’t get anyone who knows what they are doing to work there. Sorry for such the long review but I was treated unfairly tonight and it’s not right! And I will be contacting corporate also! I’m tired of staying quiet it’s time I speak up along with everyone else! So if this ever happens to you anywhere not just McDonald’s anywhere speak up! It’s time for...
