McDonald's — Restaurant in Savannah

Feb.13, 2019--I got out of work at 10:40. Went to McDs 1 mile away. It was 10:50. Began to order & man said "we're closed". I said you can't be, it's not 11:00. He never responded again even though I tried to order. I drove around to drive-up & noticed guy & girl laughing & jumping around inside. I honked my horn & girl opened window. She said "we're closed". I told her I just wanted change for a $5 Bill so was going to order some Valentine coupons. She gave me 5-$1 bills for my $5 & shut & locked the window. I'll never go there again. Feb.21,2019--12:32a.m.: Drove up to different McD's on my way home from work & ordered ice cream cone. Lady explained machines automatically turn off at midnight. I ordered for 1st time the cheesy bacon fries. Only 1 customer ahead of me. 16 minutes later after employee 'chatted' with other customer, I get my fries. She'd put them in a cardboard basket & placed them in a small paper bag. She informed me they didn't have any of the correct containers. I pulled up to exit, opened the bag. Fries were stone cold, Cheese & bacon clumped together & cold as well. Drove around to take back as 4 or more cars had gotten in line. Waited for over 15 min. then drove off exasperated again. I threw out the fries--$ wasted for sure. Feb.26, 2019--3rd & different McD's. I got my soft icecream cone. 😀👏It was gritty like it hadn't been mixed enough & needed more milk to make it creamy & smooth.😯I will say this one had timely & courteous service. Feb27,2019 @6:04p.m.same place as Feb.26--ordered coffee & McChicken sandwich. 6:16 I rec'd my order. Coffee good, sandwich cold like it had been frozen & not warmed in microwave long enough. Seeing as this establishment is the closest fast food breakfast place and I work at the hospital, I go at least once a week for a quick breakfast if I am running behind. Too many times I've dealt with atrocious customer service; not only from team members, but from management as well. Today, 10/8/15 is the last straw. I waited in line for 20 minutes because only one lane was open. No problem. I waited, gave my order, waited, then proceeded to pay. I was then told at the window, "Oh, we are only accepting cash right now." -__- So, I just wasted my time, at this point almost 30 minutes, waiting in line when I could have gone somewhere else and gotten food? I'm pregnant and McDonald's is what I craved all night. Instead of the team member being apologetic I get, "Well I don't know what you want me to say. She should've told you. I'm just taking money okay?" LOL.. I get it.. I worked fast food for YEARS. I JUST recently stopped waiting tables on the weekend and I wasn't trying to be THAT customer, but COME ON. Last time I visited, the team members were cursing at each other with the drive-thru window open. The time before that, a shift leader accused me of throwing garbage outside of my car and wouldn't take my payment until I insisted it was not me, but the person behind me. Something has GOT TO give. I'm not sure if this is a regular thing or if I just happen to continue coming on off mornings, but please, for the love of good customer service...

Wish I could give 0 stars. When my order(51) was ready they called 251. I showed my receipt that said 51 thinking maybe it was mine. No way 200 people went past me right and the employee said no I said 251 with an attitude. Moments later as he was searching for who it belong to the other employee he went to who appeared to be a manager gave me strong attitude like I was supposed to know 251 meant 51 because i used the kiosk (only way they let u order) and that added a 2 to the front. Wth? I was all good still until she again acted unreasonably rude when I asked for ketchup, mustard, salt and pepper. Not a strange request for 4 burger, 2 fries, and 20 nuggets. She then put 3 packs of ketchup in my bag. I asked for more ketchup, mustard salt and pepper. She walked away, came back and put some mustard in the bag. I then asked for some salt and pepper again. Then she swatted at my bag and yelled that's what she just put in there with the mustard. I apologized and grabbed my bag. When I got to my truck guess what wasn't int the bag. The salt and pepper. Went back in got more attitude when I asked for salt and pepper again. Got to our hotel and didn't have any of the sauces I ordered for nuggets either. The worst McDonald's experience ever. I can deal with mistakes but not the horrible people...
