Great find! The outside looked kinda sketchy but the inside was very clean and new-looking. Guy working the counter was very polite and patient with my indecisiveness (my first time there). I got cilantro chicken entree with cabbage and zucchini in tomato sauce and black beans and a filled churro. Also got hot chipotle sauce and chimichurri on the side. Chicken was tender and flavorful, the chimichurri gave it a nice kick! The beans were quite bland and the chipotle was needed. The veggies were fresh and well cooked but the tomato sauce didnt match flavor wise to me. More chipotle to the rescue, they really should bottle their sauces, I would’ve bought both. The churro itself was yummy! But I was disappointed they only had chocolate and strawberry filling, I’m allergic to strawberries and really wanted a cream filled one, but next time hopefully. I’m just learning their menu and I’ll try something else...

So I finally rate this place (I finally have some free time) and I can say that it was really good, from the service to the food. I'm a Latino and my girlfriend and I were in the mood for some real rice and beans to start, and the rest is extra so it was nice to find this place. All, the rice and beans were delicious, the extras, plantains, the fried Yuca, pollo asado, and especially the ropa vieja, don't remember if that's what they called it there but damn it was deliciously on point. And the Churros were just right. I didn't like the mango juice cause it was too sweet for my taste, takes away from its natural essence. The passion fruit juice in the other hand, although a bit sweet, was delicious, kind of like the make it here in Miami. I was so happy to have found this place in Savannah, shoutout to la Boricua, la Peruana, la Mejicana, and el Americano learning Spanish. El...

Worst food ive had since coming to Savannah. Was looking for some latin food and this was a mistake! The "churrasco" is more like a really thin sirloin soaked in vinegar that tastes like plastic extremely greasy and when I asked about why it had white greasy puddles on the back of the steak, I was told it was because they are soaked in vinegar??🤔. Really bad twice fried plantains, French fries and the tostones were refried as well. Would NOT recommend to anyone at all. Worst $38 I have ever wasted. When the woman who helped me offered me something else I told her I didnt want chicken so she recommended I try the pork chunks and the "ropa vieja" which in translation means old clothes and thats exactly what it tasted like. The pork was served to me in what seemed to be a pool of grease and oil..didnt even try it. I was very dissatisfied and will not return...

This place was a great find! The staff was polite and friendly! The food was amazing! We got the chicken tamales, the Stuffed tostones and some tacos. Not their signature items but still very very good. Everything was amazingly fresh tasking and unique! The tacos, tostones and some side yucca were our favorite. The tamales were good but a bit different than what people might be used to, a bit sweeter, so just know what you're ordering. On a slightly negative note ONE of the three tostones that I ordered was a bit too greasy, bit the other two were perfect so I don't think that's a standard thing. Overall we'll be coming back here on a standard basis.

It was our first time, and definitely not our last! We ordered the family meal (for two) and almost devoured the whole thing before taking home leftovers! Everything was hot, the service was fast, food was delicious, and we met some good people as well. Pretty busy for a Tuesday lunch, but they handled it like champs! The Peruvian chicken was Chicks! to the bone, and we chose cabbage & zucchini and red beans and rice and were not disappointed. I hate I scheduled an appointment tomorrow after a morning networking meeting, but we have already decided we are going weekly to Latin Chicks!

We came to Latin Chicks after seeing the reviews stating this was Peruvian charcoal chicken. It is not charcoal chicken at all. The chicken doesn’t taste awful, but it’s definitely missing the charcoal flavor. The woman working at the front who took our order was extremely rude as well. We asked her one question about the food and she said I don’t know this isn’t my restaurant. I don’t know what owning the restaurant has to do with how they make the chicken. She literally had no idea about anything she was selling us. I feel sorry for the owners having her run the front!
