I patronize this Zaxbyâs location 2-3 times per week and have an issue almost every time. Either something is missing, I get fries instead of chips, I can go on and on. Today was my last straw. I went through drive through and ordered a Signature chicken sandwich. I had received a Zaxbyâs reward for a free signature chicken sandwich. I also bought chips, a drink, and my sonâs meal. When they scanned my rewards after I had applied the coupon they said âwe tried it 3 times and it wonât scanâ. I suggested just manually subtracting the price of the sandwich off my bill. They said no we canât use your coupon. I relayed that I had a valid coupon and would like to speak to the manager. The person helping me stated she WAS the manager and she couldnât help me. After I said that I expected the reward to be applied in some fashion I was told I had to come inside (in the middle of a pandemic which I why i use the drive through) I went inside and was told the coupon was not for a signature sandwich, even though there was a big poster with a picture of my exact coupon which says âsignature sandwichâ. After arguing with me and being incredibly impolite and inconvenienced they subtracted the sandwich off my bill like I had suggested before I was forced to leave the drive through, park, and enter the restaurant. Not only was I aggravated at the inconvenience and having to leave my young son in the car because it is a pandemic, the manager could not have cared less about my concerns and was very obvious about that. In addition, when I went inside I saw a drink with a straw in it where food was being prepped and a set of dirty car keys on top of the microwave. I have pictures if you would like to see. Your company has a good product but the lack of customer service and training I consistently observe at this particular location has aggravated and disgusted me so much that I will never be visiting this location ever again. I hope to try a different location, albeit no other ones are anywhere close to me, but this particular store is dead to me, and I will relay this information to my friends via social media that they can go to one of the multitudes of other fried chicken restaurants on victory avenue and have a better and more health-department...

One order was missed so I drove back around and they handed it to me. Gave it two stars for her showing some personality when that happened and apologizing. But then when I got home I realized my 5 piece tenders came with only three and they were incredibly dry. Normally I wouldn't bother to write a review as I expect this type of service from lower priced chains, but Zaxby's is not exactly supposed to be towards the bottom of the rung. It seems management must have changed over the last couple of years because the caliber of staff used to almost mirror Chick-Fil A in terms of bright and friendly personalities.
