what I experienced today at Arbyâs was beyond unacceptable and dangerous. I ordered a deluxe burger through DoorDash and when it arrived, I took one bite and immediately knew something was off. Looking closer, the center of the burger was completely raw cold and undercooked all the way through. I even had my father, who works in the food industry, confirm that it was not safe to eat. This is not just a matter of preference serving raw ground beef is a serious food safety violation. It puts customers at risk of foodborne illness like E. coli and salmonella. For someone like me, who already has medical conditions and a likely weakened immune system, this could have been extremely dangerous. DoorDash gave me a small credit, but that doesnât change the fact that I was served unsafe food. Customers should not have to gamble with their health when ordering a meal. Iâm sharing this with a picture to warn others: check your food carefully, and know the risk youâre taking when ordering from this location. Arbyâs, this is absolutely inexcusable. Food safety should be your first priority not cutting corners and serving raw food to...
Read moreEach store is quite different and you can only judge what store you visit and if you know the staff and management that runs the store you get a very good picture.
This particular store has quite a bit of turnover. It's retail and fast food. But, it seems as if the upper management and/or corporate really run this stores moral down to the ground.
The store is clean and well maintained. The outside needs lot more. It looks really dark and closed compared to the other restaurants around it. The people are mostly friendly and don't look like they hate their job.
I've personally had a few messed up orders. It just sounded like they didn't listen to what I said nor read the screen correctly. Corporate could come in and help out more. Give the people there better pay and maybe more perks. Something. I don't think they hate their jobs I think they tolerate it because they must until something else...
Read moreWent through drivethru ordered a Kings Hawaiian fish sandwich and spicy fish sandwich. I asked for cheese sauce instead of the slice with no tomato. Got home no lettuce or tartar sauce with both cheeses. Couldnât finish it as it was put together so sloppy. I understand that my food isnât going to look like commercial food. But they just slopped this together to where the roll was falling apart. Same for my husbands fish sandwich. I guess it was more important to keep asking us if âthat was itâ or âanything elseâ than to make food that was edible. This place is usually amazing. Which is what makes this experience so...
