I wish I could give zero stars. Placed our order (2 mcmuffins, 1 bacon egg cheese biscuit, hotcakes w. Sausage, 4 hashbrowns, 1 iced coffee) on the app and when picking it up we were given my iced coffee then asked to pull forward because they were waiting on the hashbrowns, no big deal. An employee comes out with 2 bags (1 paper bag with hashbrowns & sandwiches and 1 plastic with only hotcakes), she double checks our order and determines that we were missing the sausage that we ordered with our hot cakes so she takes everything back inside. Then a manager comes to our car; she starts complaining about her employees incompetence to us while using vulgar language with our small children sitting in the back seat. She goes back inside to find our food. The original employee comes back out to our car, now with one plastic bag, and says "Thank goodness someone was nice enough to return it", we then confirmed that our food was in fact given to a different customer prior to being brought back to us and her response was "well they didn't eat any of it". Someone dug through our bag which contained open hashbrowns and then the employees brought it back to us! It's absolutely sickening to think that a restaurant would think it's ok to give someone food that was rummaged through by someone else. Having someone else touching our food and breathing on it while they're looking through it to see if what they got was correct, especially with covid and other germs around is disgusting. We immediately took our food back inside to get a refund. The same manager we previously dealt with was again using vulgar language and instructing her crew to not tell customers when food was given to the incorrect people! Knowing that they regularly give food out that was originally given to the wrong people back to the original person who ordered it is just plain gross and we will no longer be visiting...
Read moreThis is the worst McDonald's I've ever been too. They have 2 lanes for drive-thru but don't take 2 orders at a time. What's the point of it then? I often order thru the mobile app cuz the first few times seemed quick and easy. The last mobile order I made, I waited in the parking lot for over 15 mins with very few cars goin thru the drive-thru. When 2 employees came out for their break time. I asked one of the gentleman about my mobile order and he told me I had to go drive through the drive thru to get it. I corrected him and told him that I did not have to do that and I've been sitting for 15 mins already waiting for my order. Then a employee came out with my order and I told him bout how long I've been waiting and that I brought it to the attention to the first gentleman that walked outside. I think the man with my order was a manager and explained on how short staff they are and he apologized for how long I've been waiting. I told him that there wasn't that many cars coming thru the drive thru as I sat there and waited for my order and there was no excuse on how many people u have working at a business. He was tryin to cut me off and end the conversation saying 'Sorry' again and went back into the store. I've managed a large retail store by myself, always short handed people and haven't had a issue. I've also been to this place prior to this incident in the evening time and they like to turn their lights out and pretend that their closed. Very...
Read moreMy husband went to get us breakfast sandwiches and tried to give the girl our order several times and she couldn’t get it right, so she called the manager over and he gave them the order, which wasn’t a difficult order, since it was supposed to be 3 Sausage, Egg and Cheese McMuffins and 3 Hash Browns.. When my husband got home, we got 3 Egg McMuffins and 3 Hash Browns. So, obviously the Manager can’t even get orders correct either. I called there to let them know their mistake and all they did was take our name. We ended up eating the Egg McMuffins, which were cold and the Canadian Bacon had a bunch of gristle in it. In their defense though, my husband should’ve looked at the receipt to make sure it was correct because the manager had it wrong still and he could’ve noticed while he was there. But, he probably would’ve just said screw it because he was already agitated...
