I am so upset I made a Reservation to eat at your restaurant on Valentine’s Day. The woman that was working tonight said she was one of the daughters but honestly I am very upset the way she handled things as well because the gentleman that usually are there are a little bit more kinder and to be a owner/manager you should be a little bit more professional and not argue back with a customer! I have been coming here for years! I have never had a calamari be super crunchy and taste like cardboard that to me means that it was overcooked !! I am Italian so I know how calamari supposed to be and I’ve had it at your location many of times it was not like that! another couple that was in there had the same problem waited 45 minutes to an hour for the appetizer and they were disappointed with their Entree as well so it wasn’t just me that had the problem and the lady that was working was like basically too bad without saying it and she’s a said have a great Valentines by basically my Valentine’s Day was ruined and that was slap in the face with that remark. And our waiter told us we waiting too long because they have numerous amount of online orders but I’m sorry as a server you tend to cater to the people in the restaurant first so that was such a bad explanation! Due to how horrible the service and food was I can’t believe that this is what Nunzio now is if this is the usual as she stated I am very very very disappointed what our local Pizzeria has transitioned to and should be ashamed of themselves! As as far as the older generation that used to be here would’ve never ever had this service happen or treated a customer the way that this lady has! In my opinion if she runs this pizzeria the way she is it will run downhill and she should not be running the front line it’s poor customer service skills! I feel that neither one of the brothers would have handled this matter so rude and disrespectful and unprofessional as this woman has and should be ashamed to be the face of...
Read moreCame here with family / family friends (6 of us) around 2pm on a Saturday - it wasn't very busy since it was between lunch and dinner time. It did NOT disappoint!
We started with some refreshing water infused with cucumber and mint, followed by really soft bread with delicious olive oil & spices, then followed by really good seafood soup that had clams, mussels, shrimp, and calamari (everyone could not stop raving about it). For main dishes, we had lobster ravioli, baked ziti, tortellini pesto with chicken, a stromboli, scooby snacks pizza, and the nunzio's salad (which could be a full meal alone) and everyone enjoyed their food and was really full from the large portions.
Someone ordered a mud Java (a chilled espresso like drink) that is made by the owner and really enjoyed it too. Then the waitress gave us some complimentary cannolis and they were delicious!! Even though we were sooo full.
We were especially surprised by how cheap the total bill ended up being. Such a good deal for a great meal...we all agreed we would...
Read moreMy kids and I (5) went there for “Mother’s Day dinner” on the day after, when we were all available (7pm). Including us, there were about 17 people total in dining area, including three loud kids from another family. We ordered 2 appetizers and 5 entrées which appetizers came out in a reasonable time, then when dinner’s came out, she was short one, mine (mom’s). Understandable the young waitress was a little overwhelmed we waited a few minutes figuring it was coming. When it was brought it to her attention she looked at the computer and realized she didn’t order it and blamed the kitchen. She told us that the kitchen closes at 8pm so if you wanted dessert we had to put it in right away. I finally got my meal, after 8, my family was finished with their dinners. When we got the check we noticed she did not adjust the bill at all accordingly to forgetting my meal as well as she included 20% tip so her failed services we’re not affected. I get it, things happen, my daughter has waitressed, and is always accommodating/courteous to...
