7/23/25 I have to say the crispy cauliflower is GREAT. We also enjoyed the Wednesday $7 bang bang shrimp. And, once again the Ahi Tuna Sashimi (without the crunch) is VERY GOOD! Still hoping someday for the unicorn fish again. I still stand by all my previous comments. And, we found out that the resident pecker nat also likes white wine too.
6/11/25: We have been here four times in the past month and a half. We really enjoyed the place the staff and the food. They have some good and unique menu items, specials items and the rewards program is nice. Tonight we had unicorn fish!!!! It was GREAT! Who doesn't love an unicorn in them. I wish they would put it on the regular menu. And, since we got miss informed two days ago, we got a free pass to try the bang bang shrimp. I can't believe how good that was! The only bad thing that we've ever had here was three days ago. The calamari appetizer was awful! It was very dry and hard and almost tasted like it was freezer burnt. A lot of the rings were small inside diameter of the pencil. But I stick by all the other items on my reviews.
5/7/25: Our server Kayla was very nice and attentive. The food was very good. They have the best broccoli. The shashimi tuna was great without the crunch. The house salad was really good. And, we could not believe how good the crunchy cauliflower was. Wine prices during happy hour was not bad. Happy hour food offerings are not really anything special, price wise, like they were in the beginning. The menu does change a little from time to time. But, the pecker nats are a staple!
2/13/25: Happy Hour drink specials are still good. Food and service is still good. But, the Happy Hour food prices are basically regular price, no special. Be sure and order the broccoli with your meal, it is excellent!! The real disappointing part was there was only four pieces of broccoli and the woman at the table next to me got three times as much as I got. Normal people probably wouldn't mind but it was so good I was disappointed I didn't get the 12 pieces.
Update: We were back on a Sunday and guess what. HAPPY HOUR!!!! And, lobster weekend menu. Food was great, prices not bad especially on special menus. $8 tuna poke and mussels Josephine, $6 wine etc.
Our first time here and for a corporate franchised restaurant it was really good. Happy hour was great. The offerings, pricing and times plus DAILY! We shall return. The only thing that bothered us was the annoying pecker nat. It must like red wine and was the size of...
Read moreFirst time here with friends. This is a very popular place so reservations are highly recommended. Tables are very close together and are somewhat loud. The service was good but not as attentive as I would have liked. The food is phenomenal! We started out with Bang Bang Shrimp. It's an explosion of flavor with a touch of heat over a bed of shredded lettuce. They serve warm bread with an oil dip of a pesto, but it did not have pine nuts in it. It is important because my husband is allergic. My husband had a fliet with shrimp scampi, the 2 sides were asparagus and potatoes au gratin. They were very crispy and flavorful. My grilled scallops and shrimp were delicious in a lemon butter that was more like a thicker dipping sauce. I had the cole slaw and jasmine rice. Both were excellent! The other person had mahai fish. Everyone was happy with their selection. I had a glass of wine. No desert this time. Another tip:if you have an AARP card, they offer 10% off the entire bill. We we be back!
**Back again 5-29-25 This place is on our favorites list. Just wanted to share the different dishes we tried. I got the Cod Imperial. This dish had cod and shrimp, mozzarella, and capers. The sides were asparagus and jasmine rice. Calories were just over 700. It was delicious! All items on the plate were married well together. All course, the bread they brought with the oil and pesto is addicting! My husband had the filet with the horseradish topping. He got mashed potatoes and green beans. The other couple ordered parmesan crusted rainbow trout. It looked like it was lightly battered, and it was crunchy. I tried that and it was very good. The other dish was grilled chicken marsala, and he said he has had it many times and one of his favorites. I was trying to say no to desert, but our friend ordered a chocolate bourbon brownie topped in bourbon with the understanding I was going to have some. I can't pass up chocolate and forgot to take a picture of that and the cheesecake my husband ordered. It was gone so fast! Excellent service. We were sitting in a booth in a different area, so it didn't seem so loud. Make reservations and use your AARP card and...
