Orange & Chicken — Restaurant in Schaumburg Township

Ok so I am a pretty good judge of the culinaries. Taste, texture, quality, quantity, color and costs. I'm in the Northwest Burbs and sometimes it's difficult to find a great "take out"/"delivery" place to eat. From the Mexican to the Asian kitchens it is difficult, because I nearly spent an hour. Yes an HOUR looking for a good place with great reviews. Well at least a 4.5 I stay away from 3. Anything at all costs. I am a nice mother of 3😉, a hard worker, and I love cooking. So when I deserve a nice quiet night with my family and a break from my own kitchen. I think we all deserve a restaurant that delivers great tasting food! And to enjoy that beautiful meal with great taste and in the comfort of our home. But when you expect that and get yucky 🤢 food! It's not FAIR! Money to the trash, you and your family dissatisfied. Now that quiet evening for you isn't that quiet, a movie on hold, hungry family and you're frustrated...pizza or you put together a meal from whatever you have in the kitchen(because grocery shopping was on hold until tomorrow)! Sorry..... Anyway this place is the BEST!! Yes all that just to get to boast about this restaurant. Price is awesome, food is more than enough, quality, texture and taste YUMMY. We were very impressed and satisfied. Yay!!🥳 No more searching for an hour looking through reviews. This is it!! Orange and Kitchen THANK YOU! I pray🙏🏼 you will stay open as my children get to become adults and will trust to order from you through generations to come. I am very serious.🫡 I salute you! I can cry for joy!🥹 ok ok a bit too much!🤭 I am just at that point "Finally"! So go ahead, we have ordered 3xs since then and always AWESOME & Tasty! Enjoy! Please excuse me. Had to come revise this review. Can't leave it up in good conscience. Mom ordered delivery. Arrived with a rice flavored dead bug buried in her rice, which she noticed after hours of operation. Phoned in the a.m. and was told to come in for "full refund, no problem". Once arrived the story changed. Because she'd eaten from it they wanted to refund half only. DISGUSTING behavior to serve a big germ infested dead bug to a 67 year old unwell woman and have her come to the restaurant to only be disrespected, leaving without being refunded. To boot the police were called adding insult to injury. Thankfully the officers (4) without exception, agreed with mom. The restaurant never apologized, nor did they show surprise or try to deny responsibility. Guessing it's not the first time sadly. Just thought I'd let everyone know. Schaumburg location. Hopefully they see a decline in business then change the way they do business.

If I could give it 0 stars I would absolutely rude employees, they don’t want to admit they’re wrong asked for sesame chicken and recieved chicken slopped in what tasted like the sauce you dip your egg roll in . What a disappointment also waited 2 hours for my food… not acceptable this is not sesame chicken. And when I talked to the guy at the counter he kept asking me why am I making his job so hard that is not how you treat the people who are paying your bills . Such a disappointment . The guy made me drive back there after I ordered delivery just to prove a point…. He also hung up on me twice when I called him to ask for a refund. Finally got a refund but still worst experience ever
