First time customer, visited the Schaumburg location. Melissa was very friendly and helpful, and extremely patient as she showed me the different options available for purchasing silver. Even though I had come in closer to the store’s closing time, I never felt rushed or pressured to make a decision. Nice selection of stock and very reasonable premiums. Will definitely be back and looking forward to working with them in the future!

UPDATE Just went back to the store (9/9/25) to explore some more options for purchase, and had a similar excellent experience. Dave and Brandon were terrific to work with and helped discuss multiple purchasing options that I hadn't initially considered. This place has my trust and I highly recommend them!

I came in knowing exactly how much my coin was worth. Offered me $1300 for a coin with a melt value of $2000. Pushed back and was offered $1700. I was already disrespected with the first offer so I respectfully declined the second offer. Went to family owned coin shop the next day and their first offer was $1800.
