Out Cold Burgers & Fries — Restaurant in Schaumburg Township

They call it OutCold because you're most likely going to have a clogged artery after eating here. I got 2 double cheeseburgers and the Cajun fries.

I was the only customer in there and had to wait 25 minutes for my order. There was also no chairs inside so I couldn't sit anywhere and they don't play music inside.

The burger patties were bigger than my bun and super thin, making them annoying to eat. The burgers were so greasy I could barely taste the meat. The only saving grace was the sauce except for the fact that the dill in the sauce is so overpowering you start to taste nothing. They should really add lettuce and tomatoes to these burgers to help soak up the grease. The bun itself was decent at least.

The fries are a similar story. The seasoning is actually good and they were super crispy and tasted like real potatoes. The problem is they were over salted and lathered in oil much like the burgers. They also did not give me any napkins so my hands were constantly covered in grease.

Fries were the best part. I paid roughly 23$ total for all of this. Just save your money and go...

A Burger Experience Like No Other!

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Out Cold in Schaumburg with my son, and let me tell you—this place is a game-changer in the burger scene! Hands down, it was the freshest, juiciest, and most flavorful burger I’ve had in a long time.

I ordered a double with everything on it, and every bite was pure perfection. The beef was incredibly fresh, perfectly seasoned, and cooked to mouthwatering perfection. The toppings were crisp, the bun was just right, and the overall balance of flavors made me want to order another one on the spot!

But what made the experience even better was the team behind it—two young, local entrepreneurs of Middle Eastern and Indian descent. You can tell they put their heart and soul into this place, and it shows in every bite.

Schaumburg, if you haven’t been to Out Cold yet, you’re seriously missing out. These guys deserve all the success in the world, and I’ll definitely be back for more. Wishing them nothing but the best—see you soon!

It’s a true bummer that I have to write this review. I’ve been here multiple times and the food was good. Went in today place my order it was rung in correctly no pickles on my burger and no pickles on my knockout fries. Got home had pickles on my $7 fries. Mistakes happen no big deal I drove back said very politely can you please fix this. Hear a cook in the back once the fries are taken back to the kitchen just take the pickles off. Dude if I just drove 10 minutes back you don’t think I could have just pulled the pickles off myself. The girl at the counter comes back out 2 mins later with my same box with the pickles taken off. Not fresh fries just a bandaid instead of remaking them. I went out to my car tried one fry and the dill pickle juice is all over the cheese. Pretty embarrassing look. Do better.
