Subway — Restaurant in Schaumburg Township

Normally I would not complain People are allowed to have a bad day once in a while.

But it seems like this stingy selfish owner/manager whomever he was at this location, has a disposition for animosity almost.

Talking to the two other younger employees in a foreign language most of the time when they are on the line making sandwiches. This came across as very rude, as opposed to service oriented, and not paying attention to customers.

I had to wait several times for him to stop paying attention elsewhere and continue making the sandwich.

I got a sinking feeling when he refused to put extra heavy spinach on my sandwich, as if it would break the bank.

None of the tables had been wiped.

I don't think the bathroom has ever been cleaned. This place is disgusting.

Very apathetic atmosphere.

The guy has a very bad attitude, as if the customer is there for him.

Won't come here again. There are many other subway shops which will eagerly earn the customers respect and keep the place up properly.

It is a shame that it is a beautiful shop well constructed and still new. Easy to clean, easy to welcome and appreciate customers.

I usually grab lunch here when I come to do laundry because it’s convenient, cheap, and clean. Overall, the service has been pretty decent. Seems to be a couple running the place who was always there. However, this time there was a new young female employee who never stopped her Bluetooth phone conversation to help myself or the gentleman who came in behind me. She barely greeted me, didn’t thank me, and was on the phone the whole time she prepared my order. My husband went today to get subway, we got there at 8:40, and while my husband was ordering the woman working told my husband that they close at 9. Unnecessary. Then, he asked her how much the veggie patty was as he couldn’t find it on the menu probably because he was feeling rushed, and she said, “I don’t memorize how much each sandwich costs”. Rude.
