Rosati's Pizza — Restaurant in Schaumburg Township

Just moved into the area. Decided to stop in for lunch. A very small basic salad bar. Sorry excuse for a buffet which consisted of only Spaghetti, ravioli a couple pieces of fried chicken and Italian beef without bread, occasionally a Luke warm pepperoni pizza was brought out. Way too many People for very little food but even if only a few patrons were there, you still would be waiting forever just for a piece of chicken, unless you just want to eat endless basic spaghetti. To top it all off I came at lunch but the server charged me for the dinner though it was not even 1:00pm and added a 20% gratuity! So as just one person who had one glass of tea, a small square slice of pizza, one chicken drumstick and some spaghetti I ended up paying over 20 bucks! COMPLETE AND TOTAL RIP OFF!

Now I'm not the type to make a scene or get the manager. I'm the type that will simply never come back to your establishment again and tell everyone I know how terrible it is, I'll vote with my dollars elsewhere and allow the free market and your terrible business practice dictate your company's fate. That being said: I do not recommend eating at this location at all for any reason. Just do a quick Google for buffets in the area as there are a dozen and they are all literally 100xs better...

It hurts me to give a 2 stars resting to a restaurant that has a great pizza at every location I have tried. Unfortunately, this location has a very bad customer service or person answering the phone. I used my time to order pizza using my Paypal account like I always do, when I call to asked about my order the person at the other end was so unkind that even my kids, that were listening at the time, were completely surprised by it, and they could not stopped talking about it after the phone call ended. This person didn't know nothing about my order and they apparently never received it. A little after a representative from the app call me. Apparently the restaurant contacted them about my order (the order they didn't know about) and the representative paused for a couple of seconds and asked me, "do you want to keep your order?" Of course not! After talking to a very rude person, I didn't want to eat nothing from that place ever. I will not give my money to a restaurant that is unkind, for that I can go to a fast food place and pay a very small amount, and I will not expect to be treated kindly even...

Usually don’t take the time to review places but my experience here was so bad that I feel the need to. I called to place an order for delivery and whoever was taking my order was EXTREMELY rude. I told her I had a coupon for a free pizza that I received in the mail and she laughed as if I was making it up. After repeating what the coupon said a few times she finally asked what I wanted. I told her I would like the free pizza and she laughed AGAIN saying I have to spend at least $8 and she said that’s what it says on the coupon. No where on the coupon did it say anything about that, but I agreed and ordered something else in order to get my free pizza. After placing my order I asked her if the driver could please call me when they get here (because my family was sleeping and I didn’t want the buzzer to wake them up). About an hour later I hear the buzzer ring.... not only once, but 3 times!!! Probably wouldn’t have been so annoyed if the lady on the phone wasn’t...
