I was on my way to a client meeting in Hoffman Estates and needed a quick energy boost—but didn’t want coffee. That’s when I discovered Shine Up Protein Bar, and I’m so glad I did!

As soon as I walked in, I was greeted by the friendly owner—a knowledgeable and passionate young woman who took the time to explain the benefits of her protein drinks. The shop was bright, clean, and welcoming.

I ordered the Mr. America Energy Drink and wow—delicious! Not only did it taste great, but it gave me the clean energy I needed without the crash. It was exactly what I was looking for.

This is a woman-owned gem that more people need to know about! I’ll definitely be stopping by anytime I’m in the area for snacks, protein drinks, and great service.

This is my go-to stop for a protein shake on Saturday afternoon. The shakes are delicious and they have tons of other desserts and drinks and whatnot. It’s nice to get a place with so many options for a struggling vegetarian like myself lol. Staff is super friendly and a locally-owned business, which is always a huge plus. I love the idea of shopping local when I can and this place as continent as anything else.
