DO NOT COME HERE!! YOU WILL HAVE THE WORST HOOKAH AND THE ABSOLUTE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! My friend and I asked for 2 hookahs and they were both awful. They were flavorless and became harsh super quick! One of the hookahs had zero flavor so we asked the guy to change it at 7:50 pm and he just walked away. Instead of fixing our hookah he went and started talking to the girls behind us. At 8:30 pm we asked the guy AGAIN to change the same hookah and he said yes but walked away AGAIN without taking the hookah with him. We had been sitting at the lounge for an hour and a half and we were completely disregarded both times.

At 9 we decided that we wanted to leave and told the server we should not be charged for one of the hookahs because of the utter disregard for our satisfaction. She then called the owner over and we explained to him what happened. He did not apologize for his employee’s actions and he said “I DO NOT CARE ABOUT CUSTOMER SERVICE I CARE ABOUT PAYING MY BILLS”. In the two minutes we spoke to him, it was clear he lacked professionalism and only cared about money. The owner treated us in a disgusting, aggressive manner and I wish no one would be treated that way. Save your money and go to a different hookah lounge. It’s not worth the hassle.

If you want to smoke the worst hookah of your life and be treated in an awful way then come here. I have never experienced such bad customer service EVER! My friend and I ordered two hookahs and they both did not have flavor. We asked for one of them to be changed but the guy walked away from us. 30 minutes later we asked him AGAIN to change it and he said yes but walked away AGAIN without taking the hookah with him. We waited another 30 minutes hoping for him to come back but he never did so we decided to ask for the check. We told the waitress that we should not be charged for one of the hookahs since we asked to change it twice but were ignored. She said no so we asked to speak to the owner. NASTIEST MANAGER/OWNER EVER! He came over and was very short with us. We explained to him the situation and he did not apologize for the bad customer service we received by his employee. I had a very disappointing experience at this hookah place. From the moment I walked in, the service was unacceptable. The hostess didn’t greet me at all — she was just standing there silently. I had to ask if she even worked there, to which she simply replied, “Yes,” without any further response or effort to assist.

When I told her there were two of us, she just said there were no tables available, with no apology or offer to put us on a waitlist. I had to ask myself when a table might free up, and she told me it would be about an hour. There was no explanation, no friendly attitude, and overall, no basic hospitality.

The lack of greeting, communication, or effort to make guests feel welcome was shocking. Based on this experience, I definitely won’t be returning, and I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone looking for good service or a pleasant...
