I had high hopes for Parceros Burger Grill, but overall the experience was just okay. The prices felt a bit high for what we got. I tried the empanadas, and unfortunately, they were disappointing—dry, filled with some unusual ingredients, and not like the traditional Colombian empanadas I’m used to. The lemonade also missed the mark—it tasted like it was made with bottled lemon juice, giving it an odd flavor. The space inside is limited, so it felt a bit cramped. The food is flavorful, portions are big enough to fill you up. Customer service is good when you walk in, but need to be more attentive after serving the food to ask if customer needs anything else. Also I wish they would give more ketchup for the French fries since the portion given is extremely small. But overall is a good place to eat, and satisfy your cravings.
