I bought a Certified pre-owned Infiniti QX60 online and had my son drive it to NM. Then the problems started. 1. When the car arrived, my other teenage son noticed some noticeable scratches and bubbling in the paint within 2 minutes of seeing it. I specifically asked about the exterior and have a video stating there were no scratches or cosmetic issues. They did end up giving me $700 as a good will gesture towards a $1,200 bill; I felt the entire cost to repair the paint should have been covered, but I decided to compromise. 2. The tires triggered a low-pressure warning when the weather got cold, which I understand happens; however, when I went to put air in the tires the back tires read 55lbs of pressure. I checked it with two different gauges as I couldn’t believe my eyes and it was the same pressure with both gauges. The other three tires were fine. The max tire pressure on these tires is 44lbs. This was outright dangerous and I feel their dealership put my son at risk of a blowout on the way to NM. It is very concerning that a vehicle left their dealership like this. Remember this is a “certified pre-owned” Infiniti. 3. The transmission started causing trouble at 25k miles, not very many miles from where I purchased it. The local Infiniti dealership replaced the valve body in the transmission which took about two weeks. I received the vehicle back and two days later is started causing more trouble. After having it towed back, they said they had to replace the entire transmission which took another two weeks. I asked the technician how this could happen after only 25k miles. He asked where we bought it and asked about the history of the vehicle. He asked if it was abused, which I assume it was. I relayed that the dealership sent me the Experian history report which stated there were no accidents. The technician looked it up on Carfax and what do you know it was in an accident. It’s concerning that I was given a report that showed no accidents when there was another well know service, Carfax, that did show an accident. I am probably most upset with this as I feel like I was outright lied to. If this dealership tries to give you an Experian report, ask them for the Carfax. I understood this vehicle to be certified pre-owned and it underwent a thorough inspection process. All of the above says otherwise. Also, CPO does not give you additional warranty from my understanding now. You have to buy a warranty. When you see a CPO from this dealership, do not put much weight on it. I don’t even enjoy driving the vehicle anymore as I am left wondering what will happen next or if I may get stranded somewhere. I am writing this review so that this does not happen to you. I would caution you buying a vehicle from this dealership in general, but especially, without seeing it in person. Take a teenager with you as mine can obviously spot bubbling paint and scratches better than they can. I have sent this complaint to them over a month ago and still have not heard back from them. I am really disappointed in the dealership...
Read moreI have never been less happy with a purchase in my life. I called the dealership (as I live about 45 minutes away) and asked if the vehicle I was interested in had any minor issues, and the sales rep assured me that the car was in great shape. The test drive seemed fine, so I went forward with purchasing the vehicle.
At that point, the salesman told me that the car was $4k more than the sticker price because they had installed LoJack on the car and had made $2k worth of improvements. To be fair, after I stated that the advertised price did not include those extras, they did take them off. I had stated to the sales rep that the TPMS sensor light was on, and he stated that, because of the aftermarket add ons with the vehicle, it just would always be on. I was dumb, and didn't see this as a red flag.
While driving home (it was January and about 15°), the heat never got hot. To be clear, all the dials were set correctly, but the car just pushed out the outside air. Subsequently, an engine light turned on that the AC was turned off due to engine temp. To make matters worse, I was pulled over on my drive home by a fellow driver who told me that my reverse lights were still on even though I was not in reverse. The cherry on the top happened when I got home and after parking the car and pulling the key from the ignition, the car kept running. I have never seen this before in my life.
I left an email to the dealership, and received a call back and was excited that they were going to fix the issues. I took the car to the dealership, and was given a nice loaner. After 3 days, I picked the car back up and the tire light turned back on after 2 minutes and the heat worked for about 10.
This is where the nightmare started. Called again, drove another 45 minutes. This time, my car was gone for 3 weeks (they did give me a loaner again). I rarely received updates, but the one I did was that the dealership had exhausted all the free fixes and that the car had passed inspection.
As I drove home, the heat worked. Great. Other than that, the reverse lights were still on and now the coolant made a gurgling sound consistently. After driving for 2 weeks, assuming the gurgling would go away, the car would no longer drive faster than 55 mph and the car made the same gurgling sound any time I pressed on the gas pedal.
Finally I took the car to a third party mechanic that I trust who told me there was a coolant leak, blown spark plugs, and it needed a new clutch. The reverse lights' switch needed to be replaced due to a fault in the transmission.
I reached out to my former sales rep again and he informed me that he would work to help me out with a new vehicle. After a day, his solution was to trade in the car for $4k less than I paid for it after only 5 weeks of driving the vehicle.
All-in-all, I have lost $4,000 to this dealership and I would NEVER recommend them to anyone purchasing a used car.
Literally the worst car buying experience I've ever had.
UPDATE: Every time I see a Camaro, I'm reminded how this dealership sold me the worst used car...

The salesperson, Konrad, and the Service Manager called me to get me in there to make sure the car was serviced to my satisfaction. I was right, the car needed an alignment adjustment and a tire wasn't inflated correctly. Service couldn't do anything much about the back-up camera other than clean it (which I already tried, several times, without improvement). I appreciate the follow-up done. I've added a star to this review because of that.
I found a used car I was interested in online and called to inquire about it. Leslie was very accommodating, telling me she'd have the car ready for us to test and one of the best salespeople available for us. The car was right by the door, and Konrad was ready to get us in the car when we arrived. I had come directly from work and just wanted to test the car and then talk it over with my husband during dinner. It is not the dealer's or the salesperson's fault, it was solely my responsibility I was hungry, tired and vulnerable to being "sold." During the test drive, I noticed the car needed an alignment and brought that up. Konrad gave me the lines about the car receiving a thorough inspection by the service department, as mentioned by previous reviewers. My request to leave to think it over was ignored, and again, it's my fault entirely for being tired and hungry while shopping for a car. We ended up buying the car with no warranty whatsoever except the extended warranty that kicks in 30 days from now. The vehicle needs an alignment and the back up camera is dark. The paperwork and purchase process went quickly. Stan in finance worked at lightning speed. Everyone at the dealership was friendly. We were offered coffee and snacks like pretzels. I would recommend this dealership with the caveat to be well rested and well fed before you walk in. I feel as if a weakness was taken advantage of, but that's on me. I should have offered a deposit to hold the car and have the alignment done and camera fixed before purchase, we would have come back the next day. We've owned the car less than a week and I hope I'm not going to learn a very...
