During our recent trip to Schaumburg, Illinois, we stumbled upon a Subway location that surpassed our expectations in every way. From the moment we walked through the door, the staff greeted us with warm smiles and made us feel like valued patrons. What impressed us even more was their exceptional memory, as they remembered us from our very first visit, adding a personal touch to our dining experience.
Throughout our stay, we found ourselves returning to Subway a total of three times, unable to resist the allure of their enticing subs. The cleanliness of the store was a testament to their commitment to providing a pleasant dining environment. It was refreshing to dine in a space that was not only welcoming but also maintained with care and attention to detail.
Now, let’s talk about the star attractions—the subs themselves. My wife’s veggie sub was a sight to behold. Its vibrant array of fresh vegetables was so visually appealing that it could easily grace the screens of a television commercial. Each bite was a symphony of flavors, with the crispness of the vegetables perfectly complemented by their signature bread and tantalizing sauces.
As for myself, I had the pleasure of indulging in the Boss Meatball sub—a true delight for meat lovers. The succulent meatballs, simmered to perfection in a rich marinara sauce, were nestled within the warm embrace of freshly baked bread. Topped with melted cheese, it was a sublime combination of flavors that left me yearning for more.
What truly made our experience at Subway in Schaumburg exceptional was the seamless blend of fantastic subs, friendly staff, and a pristine environment. The staff’s attentiveness and ability to recall our previous visits added a personal touch that made us feel like part of the Subway family. It was evident that they took pride in delivering an outstanding customer experience.
In conclusion, our visits to Subway in Schaumburg, Illinois were nothing short of remarkable. The pleasant staff, who remembered us from our first encounter, the immaculate store, and the sensational subs we savored—particularly the visually stunning veggie sub and the mouthwatering Boss Meatball sub—all contributed to an unforgettable dining experience. If you find yourself in Schaumburg, don’t miss the opportunity to indulge in the culinary delights of Subway.

Read moreHorrible Experience I recently had one of the worst experiences ever at this Subway location, and honestly, it’s shocking that this place is still open. First off, the metal barrier that blocks the view of what's being put into the sandwich is ridiculous. Because of this, I couldn’t see what they were doing, and the result was a sandwich with literally uncooked meat. I noticed pink blood in the meat, and when I took my first bite, the texture was so soggy I almost threw up. It was disgusting.I spent $8.49 on a tiny sandwich that was inedible. When I tried to get a refund, the old lady at the cashier couldn’t understand me and had to get a younger lady to help. I explained that the meat was uncooked, and she said, "I toasted it," as if that was enough. I asked for a refund, and she told me I had to wait while she finished other orders since she was the only one making sandwiches. I waited for about 10 minutes, only for another guy to come over. When I tried to explain everything to him, he was so rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional. He refused to refund my money, saying he could only make a new sandwich, but I wasn’t about to eat another disgusting sandwich made behind that metal cover. I insisted on the refund, but he refused and walked off to help other customers, leaving me standing there. It was rude, disrespectful, and completely unprofessional. On top of that, the place was filthy. Every table was dirty, sticky, and covered in trash. It’s clear this location has serious issues with hygiene, customer service, and food safety. I honestly hope the general manager steps in, replaces the staff with people who actually care, and fixes these problems. With this level of customer service and cleanliness, this Subway location has no chance of being successful. I will never go back and honestly hope they get shut...
Read moreI had a disappointing experience at this store. I brought a coupon and asked if they offered the new sandwich, “Chicken with Avocado.” The owner said they didn’t have it, but offered to add avocado free of charge to any sandwich I chose. I appreciated the gesture and selected sandwich #20. However, when I presented the coupon at checkout, he said it couldn’t be applied to my choice. I asked which sandwiches were eligible, and he vaguely mentioned “turkey” and “ham.” I then asked him to simply tell me the item numbers that qualified. He said none of the sandwiches listed on the board were eligible. It was frustrating that he couldn’t clearly explain which sandwiches the coupon applied to—especially since I’ve used coupons here before without issue. Communication was also difficult, as the owner had a strong accent and was hard to understand. When I asked about the avocado he had promised earlier, he suddenly said it wasn’t free, contradicting what he’d told me at the start. To make matters worse, there was a metal barrier blocking the sandwich prep area, so I couldn’t see the process of adding meat and cheese. It felt oddly secretive and made the experience even more uncomfortable—leaving me wondering why that part of the preparation was hidden from view. In the end, I couldn’t use the coupon, paid full price ($12.99 vs $6.99 coupon price), and left without any clarity on what the coupon was actually valid for. If the store doesn’t accept coupons, they should clearly post that on the front door. It would save customers time, money, and the frustration of dealing with inconsistent service and poor communication. I don't think I will go back to this...
