Auntie Anne's — Restaurant in Schertz

Went to $2 Tuesday two weeks ago and waited over 30 min. Took the kids for a quick after school snack. There was one person in front of me when I arrived. I placed order, nothing was ready. While waiting they then printed out several pick up orders and placed them on the counter complaining about all their pick up orders. So I waited and waited and waited for like 30 min. A potential customer came up and started talking to me and I told them how long I had been waiting. One of the employees said, “people need to have patience” I told her I did have patience but it’s been almost 30 min and she proceeded to tell me that they have all these call in orders and wanted to argue. She also said she didn’t say that and there was a camera above her to prove that. Just then the other worker admitted to saying that to me and basically continued to argue about her belief that I need to have patience. I worked nearby and just picked up and went from this HEB. I don't usually go to this side door nearby AA. But for some reason, the smells of those fresh pretzels made me, you know, hmm 😆 🤣. So I did buy pretzels nuggets and my favorite all of time.. too bad I had to wait for 5 minutes. The food was great! But some young lady (15-16 yrs old) was constantly rolling her eyes when addressing customers and receiving pretzel orders. I, myself have worked in food service for 10+ years so I could tell there were a lot of orders and could be a stressful situation, especially if it’s their first job.
