Thirty Minutes in Line and Still No Food
I got in line at approx.1:30 cst with one car ahead of me. I know this was the time due to being on the phone with my wife. I pull to the speaker and order a K3 with mash/gravy and, jalapeno, and a Strawberry Freeze. The gentleman informs me they do not have that drink and offers a Fruit punch alternative which I agreed to have instead. After about 3 minutes I get to the cashier's window who asks, "You had the four-piece with a root beer, correct?"
I replied that I was not my order. I repeated what I ordered, and her response was, "Well, I don't know what a K3 is, let me go check." She closed the window and walked away. After roughly three minutes, she returns and states the chicken order is right but they do not have fruit punch drinks and ran down the drinks they were offering. I chose strawberry lemonade and handed her my card. Another 3-5 minutes pass and she comes to the window and says, "I am sorry but I pressed the cash button instead of the credit button, so I have I have to get my manager."
Another four minutes pass and I see who I assumed was the manager come to the register. They both toy with the register for a couple of minutes. The cashier finally opens the window, hands me my card and apologizes.
I arrive at the window and as the worker makes the drink, I find it odd how clear the liquid is. Heck, I even joked with my wife by asking if she ever had a clear strawberry lemonade. The young man opened the window. I asked him to confirm the drink for my order which he confirmed was to be strawberry lemonade. I thanked him and asked him to make sure my order was the original recipe. He acknowledged it by throwing a nod and handing me the drink.
I take a sip and it is water! Now, I am getting really upset. By this point a couple of minutes have passed so I blew my horn. The worker opens the window. I informed him that he had given me water. "Well sir, I pushed the button, but I don't know what happened," he replied.
I am now officially angry and asked to speak with a manager. Quick note, I am yet to see the food order at the window. The manager finally comes to the window. I explained all that had transpired, but instead of owning the mistake she offered excuses.
"Well, she really doesn't know how to take orders," she said of the cashier. "We don't have the fruit punch drink and I don't know what happened with that."
I asked for a full refund which took yet another five minutes to receive. As for that refund, I kept the receipt because I have the feeling that process was...
Read moreIf I could give 0 stars I would!!! I have had 2 instances in this place where both times it could have been completely avoidable. First time I come in to pick up an online order, I stand near the counter and waited about 10mins before I asked where my order was and they told me the chicken would be another 7 or 8 mins so I said "ok" and waited another 15mins before asking again but this time I was alittle frustrated and asked why they told me 7 or 8 mins if that wasn't the case. The "manager" said that it take a whopping 30 mins to fry chicken....ummmmm no it does NOT! So at this point I decided to cancel my order and leave. SECOND instant I come in for an order that was placed at 4:20pm and I arrive at almost 5pm and the order was not ready. so I stood and waited patiently for about 10 to 15 mins before they even asked me if I needed anything so I tell them I'm waiting on an order and they said they would go check on it. The gentleman comes back and tells me that I'm gonna have to wait an additional 20 mins for the pot pies on my order. He tells me this around 5:15 almost an hour after the order was placed. So the order wasn't placed on the counter until 5:45pm (1 hour and 25 mins after order was placed) a) I proceeded to ask the employee if that was my order on the counter. HE IGNORED ME! So at this point manager and employees are completely disrespecting. I had to raise my voice and get seriously aggitated in order to get an answer. This place is insane and so unprofessional. PLZ DO BETTER!
Sidenote: I'm a doordasher and mind you these were not my orders they belonged to other customers. So this is my job the manager in this location wants to play with. I got an account violation because that 2nd order was extremely late to the customer. Thanks to the manager wanting to play...
Read moreI placed a online order for my lunch break for KFC, order should of been ready at 12:01pm... We get there by like 12:08pm, at the door there was a sign that they were only serving taco bell at the time . ( It's a KFC/taco bell location) we went inside and asked about our order? Why did our order go thru for KFC? If it's not available... Why didn't we get a call to let us know that our order wouldn't be made?? And well they said they hadn't gotten the order, but I believe they just hadn't checked.. nothing we offered for the inconvenience, they just said their fryers were down.. and for me to call a number they gave me to get my refund for my online order... I asked for SOMETHING for the inconvenience, since I was on my lunch break and didn't have time to go anywhere else, they did give me a free order for taco bell, but it's not what I wanted...
