Taco Bell / KFC — Restaurant in Schertz

Strangest experience ever for a Taco Bell! A nice guy working the drive thru was also preparing all of the food by himself with no manager or help. As the drive thru line piled up into the parking lot on this busy Saturday, I went inside to check on my order. The lady at the front was helping only dine-in customers but apologized and said there is only one guy there today doing all of the work and that I must wait on a manager (who never appeared) in order to receive any refund??

I finally received my food and an apology from the same guy who also was taking and preparing all of the drive thru orders. I never saw a manager anywhere in the restaurant, even after I asked for one. I really hope this drive thru guy finds a better job soon. I would hire him in a heartbeat if we had any openings at my company.

My advice: Go to the Cibolo location instead. So much better! They can be seen working as a team to be sure customer orders are...

Lobby was open and walked in only to be refused service and told to get in the Drive-Thru. This is the signage I saw going in so one can understand my confusion 🤔. Not to mention the fact that the doors were open/unlocked. I frequent this location as it is a Taco Bell/ KFC a wider variety of menu items. However, the past 12 months they've just been so inconsistent with hours and dining options and service (if you can get it). I understand we're still in a pandemic, but other restaurants have at least formed some stability and made it clear what's their dine-in- carryout -hours of operation-ect are. I had to ask four times for dipping sauce for my tenders-only after showing her the bag (she just handed me) did NOT have any in it. Ridiculous. These are things that are easy and this location is dropping in all aspects. Three stars IS GENEROUS and is for past good dining...

The Taco Bell part of this establishment is not representative of any Taco Bell I’ve previously visited. Taco Bell has been my favorite since 1959 and I’ve ate at Taco Bell’s in Europe and Russia. Each and every one was better than this one. We went simple with 3 crispy taco supremes, 3 soft taco supremes, a burrito supreme, and some apple bits. A 5 minute drive home, after pickup, revealed smashed cold tacos that had minimal ingredients and in a condition unlike any taco we’d previously seen. The order was also missing an item. I had learned earlier to check before leaving and I had ordered 8 items and checked 8 items in the bag. At home I found one item was not what was ordered. Instead something unrecognizable was in its place. If this establishment is aiming to discourage folks from ordering their Mexican fare, then they’ve succeeded. We’ll not...
