10/4/25 Always a Great Experience at Starbucks Starbucks never disappoints. The staff was friendly and welcoming, the store was clean and well maintained, and our drinks were made perfectly. It’s always a relaxing and reliable stop for great coffee, good food, and excellent service.

9/2/25 Starbucks, Schertz - Enjoyable Family Time We stopped in for some coffee and spicy falafel pockets, and our daughter enjoyed a blueberry muffin with a pink drink. The atmosphere was great, the staff was welcoming, and everything made for a really enjoyable visit. A solid stop for good food, coffee, and a relaxing break.

8/24/24 Great experience at this Starbucks! The team was friendly and fast — our order of Spicy Falafel Pockets (vegan wrap) and Americanos were ready quick and everything was fresh and delicious. The store was clean, and the service had a positive vibe all around. Always love stopping by...

. Ordered online for pickup because the drive through line was way out and around the corner. My wife got in there and we apparently ordered at another Starbucks close by. But there was no way we could have known that by the info from our map, and we are not from here. So there was only 5 employees in there but 2 or 3 were on break while they had this huge line. So the made our order but they made my wife wait until they cleared the other orders which isn't so bad but they did it in a punative way. We don't need to be treated like that. It is really unescusable. I get they were short staffed but its the way they handled it. Even if we stopped going to Starbucks it wouldn't even make a dent there. No one would even miss us. Its like alot of other businesses where they grow so big that it become a monster that no one can control. As long as the numbers are there then there is no problem. So from a numbers stand point things are probably looking good at Starbucks even though they are really treating some of us pretty bad. We were in a horrible wreck today leaving Corpus Christi and headed back home to Fort Worth after a college tour. Our truck was not drivable so the awesome Schertz PD gave all 5 of us a ride with all our bags to this Starbucks. I was so overwhelmed, a little banged up, and at the brink of tears on the phone trying to figure out our next steps. The manager Alyssa (not sure if that’s how she spells her name so I apologize if I got that wrong) must have heard me on the phone and her and her shift manager Katelyn (again not sure if I got titles or names correct) but they came over to see what we wanted to drink and said no charge! They wanted to know if there was anything they could do to help & made it clear if we needed anything to let them know and that it was okay if we needed to stay here for awhile with all our bags … believe me it’s a hot mess with all of our luggage. But, this is true customer service & an act of kindness that was unexpected & wholeheartedly appreciated! The store is clean and the staff is friendly to everyone that entered! Thank...
