Shipley Do-Nuts — Restaurant in Schertz

Editing because I didn't have time at the time to leave a comment, but this is by far my favorite Shipley's to go to even though it's nowhere near me.

The store itself is clean and just always has a good vibe. Any staff member I've encountered, whether it was as a customer or as a delivery driver, has been attentive and so nice. And of course, everything on the menu is delicious, as Shipley's does and still good the next day.

The reason I love and go to this particular location they make the cutest donuts! They won my kids and I over during halloween season when we got donuts with spiders and while we've been customers of Shipley's for years now, this is the first time I've seen anything different and above and beyond the usual frosting and sprinkles at Shipley's 😁

Not real spiders, btw. lol Just a donut hole and frosting for legs, but it was just so cute, and we're here for it. That little extra touch just made our day this past Halloween season. Be warned, these adorable donuts were made in less quantity, so you gotta get there quick.

I'm going to make sure I pop in to see what they have each season...

Been coming here since a kid and quality of product and honesty of staff at this location has just gone down hill. They lie to you about how many kolaches they have left and when asked about it they say “sorry we’re just trying to limit customers since we don’t sell that many” mind you it was 8am and I got told I could have ONE by saying “there’s only one left” after asking for two. Past 4-5 times I came they said the same thing so I finally asked and was appalled that they are lying to customers. Why not give the customer what they want? If they sell out they sell out, if they don’t they don’t. Seems counterproductive in my opinion. Never seen any other shipleys run like this. Will have to try out pat booker location since I can’t even get two kolaches for a car full of people at this location.

The manager was the one who told me sorry they try to limit customers and the same one who told me they only have one left. I asked the girl at the checkout about it and she’s the one who exposed the truth and called over the manager to better...

I literally just pulled over to write this review because the people there were so awaesome. So it’s the morning time and I’m still trying to wake up and I pull up at the window and the lady at the window was so friendly and energetic and I could hear the whole team in the background and everyone just has this positive, energetic, friendly vibe and it was a super awesome experience. I usually go somewhere and the person is just so dull like when you can tell they really don’t want to be there/don’t care, but not here. I’m actually really glad y’all have people like that working because it makes all the difference !!!! This is my new...
