I usually don’t leave reviews, but I feel compelled to share my experience this morning because it left me upset.
I went to Super Donuts to order 2 dozen donuts for my son’s class and a few extras for my family. When we went to pay, my husband’s card declined — which was strange since he had just used it and there were funds available, so I believe it may have been the reader. I then pulled out my own card to pay.
At that moment, another worker took the payment system away from the lady helping us and immediately started helping the man behind us instead. We had to wait until his payment processed before I could even use my card… Even though he had clearly seen me pull my card out to pay. For context, my family is Hispanic and Black, and the man behind us was white.
The way this was handled felt disrespectful and dismissive. He at least could’ve asked us, or let us know, especially being that we were spending $40 on donuts and the gentleman behind us only spent $2. I don’t like leaving negative reviews, but being made to feel pushed aside in favor of someone else really ruined what should have been a simple, happy morning picking up...

So I asked for a sausage and jalapeno kolache, a ham and swiss croissant and a vanilla iced coffee.
My daughter ordered a chocolate chocolate chip muffin a double fudge cake donut.

Everything my daughter and i ordered were fresh and great tasting.
My wife let's food sit for a while, but based on my and my daughters experience, we expect it...

They changed the recipe on the apple fritters. And it seems like they sell some of the day old products with no warning that they aren't fresh. The new lady is not a kind person. The way she says "what else" comes across as hurry up and leave. And the tip scale they changed for the credit card machine is ridiculous, Tip you 50% for having empty shelves... I'll be taking my fat habit...
