I recently had the pleasure of dining at Tandoori Grill, and I must say, it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. **Ambiance and Staff:** The moment I stepped in, I was warmly greeted by the staff, who were not only welcoming but also incredibly attentive throughout my visit. The restaurant boasts a cozy and inviting atmosphere, with traditional Indian decor that sets the mood perfectly. **Food:** The food at Tandoori Grill was nothing short of spectacular. Every dish was a burst of flavor, showcasing the rich and diverse culinary heritage of India. I started with the pakora, which were perfectly crispy and filled with a deliciously spiced mixture. For the main course, I opted for the butter chicken and lamb biryani. The butter chicken was creamy and flavorful, with tender pieces of chicken, while the lamb biryani was aromatic and cooked to perfection. The naan bread, served hot and fresh, was the perfect accompaniment to the meal. **Service:** The service was impeccable. The staff were attentive without being intrusive, ensuring that our dining experience was smooth and enjoyable. They were knowledgeable about the menu and provided excellent recommendations. **Overall Experience:** Tandoori Grill exceeded my expectations in every way. The combination of welcoming staff, delicious food, and outstanding service makes it a must-visit for anyone craving authentic Indian cuisine. I will definitely be returning soon!

Awesome indian food. Small family owns this restaurant. Great staff and hospitality. The food here is absolutely delicious! Every dish we tried was bursting with flavor and cooked to perfection. Buffet is full of vegetarian and non vegetarian options, plus it is affordable. Absolutely come back again.

From the moment I stepped into the restaurant, I was transported to a world of vibrant colors, enticing aromas, and warm hospitality. The ambiance was both inviting and elegant, with traditional Indian decor that set the perfect tone for the culinary adventure ahead. The menu was a treasure trove of Indian delicacies, each dish more enticing than the last. The spices were expertly balanced, providing a delightful kick without overwhelming the palate. For the main course, I opted for the to try it all, and it did not disappoint. The chicken was tender and succulent, bathed in a rich, creamy curry sauce that was both tangy and mildly spiced. Paired with fragrant basmati rice and buttery naan bread, it was a meal that left me craving more. I went up for round two. What truly set this dining experience apart was the impeccable service. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making me feel like a valued guest from start to finish. They were knowledgeable about the menu and offered excellent recommendations, ensuring that my meal was nothing short of perfect. This restaurant not only offers an exceptional taste of Indian cuisine but also provides an atmosphere of warmth and hospitality that makes it a standout dining destination. I can't wait to return and explore more of their delectable offerings. If you're looking for a culinary experience that is both delicious and memorable, this is the place to be.

After a long, exhausting trip, we walked in hoping for good food and a chance to relax. What a joke! It took 15 minutes just to get water and another 10 minutes for our plates to trickle in, one by one. Our orders were taken at 6:20 PM, and we expected the appetizer to arrive quickly. But no, nothing came except a mango lassi at 7:20 PM, which we requested repeatedly—seriously, 1 hour for a mango lassi. In the meantime, we filled our starving stomachs with water.

When we asked the lady (who seemed to be the manager or owner) about our order, she patronizingly replied, "Indian food takes a long time to prepare." This was an incredibly condescending remark to make to a group of Indians who cook Indian food daily! We were just asking for an ETA, but she thought this was an appropriate response to customers who had been waiting for over an hour.

We waited a few more minutes before deciding we had enough. We informed her we were leaving. Her response? A dismissive "Sure," with a gesture that made it clear she couldn't care less about us returning as customers. This is basic Hospitality 101—acknowledge feedback and frustration from customers, especially those who have waited almost an hour for their first meal of the day. Her audacity in not offering an explanation or an apology, and just moving on to the next customer, was unbelievable. If you want to have the absolute worst customer service, visit this restaurant with a group of 5 or more!

Determined to ensure everyone reads this review and demands basic customer service, we left. We walked a block away to another restaurant. The difference in customer service was night and day—we received kindness, compassion, and smiles from a staff of only two managing the entire restaurant. We even double-tipped and took photos with them. The kind hearts thankfully balanced our terrible experience at the...

FINALLY!! Yay, we finally have a good Indian restaurant on this side of town. My family and I were so excited to try this new place and it was worth the wait. We went on a Sunday evening so almost every table was occupied except for one closest to the main entrance. Within 5 minutes of sitting down, we were greeted and served glasses of cold water which hit the spot after coming in from the humidity and heat outside. Soon after being seated, other guests finished paying and started leaving. A friendly woman approached our table and suggested we move to the now empty table because the sun would soon fall on our table. WOW! That has never happened at any other restaurant. Anyway, we moved tables and placed our orders. The server was very patient and offered lots of advice on the menu items. We all got something different so we could taste more foods. She reminded us that meals were made to order even though it’s already stated on the menu. We weren’t in a rush so it was ok. The server, Ansha, came by a few times to check on us and chat. Turns out, she’s one of the owners of this locally, family owned restaurant. The entire staff was available to answer any questions if necessary. It’s always a pleasure to see family members working together and also offering a place for teenagers to work and learn proper hospitality skills. The food was absolutely delicious. We had butter chicken, chicken curry, matar paneer and one of the vegetable biriyani. Everything was served hot! The naan bread was delicious and very fresh. The spice level was perfect for me, but my husband wanted more spice on his meal. Overall, we were all completely satisfied with our entrees and give them 👍🏾👍🏾. We are already planning our next visit. Please go try this place, but be patient, and give them honest feedback. This isn’t a fast food place, but it’s definitely...

Went to this place for lunch. Arrived right at 11am. The buffet wasn't ready to go until about 1125am and then the Naan bread wasn't ready until about 1138am.

I'll start by saying, I have no idea how this place is getting such high ratings. My family and I love indian food and were excited to try this new place because it is much closer than others.

The buffet is very small and seemed a bit unsanitary. The glasses were dirty. The food on the buffet was not very hot and the buffet pans were very shallow....I was the 6th person in line and the rice was already gone by the time I reached that pan. The sauce on the chicken and lamb was very watery and just wasn't that good. The buffet had butter chicken, but didn't have chicken Tikka Masala....what indian buffet doesn't have Tikka Masala?! The Naan came out and they tried to give us one basket (with only 2 pieces of bread) for three of us lol. On top of that, the Naan wasn't Naan at all....it looked like some store bought pita bread that was cut in halves with butter spread on it.....totally awful!

The only good thing was the tandoori chicken had good flavor....but it was very dry and almost seemed as if it were old.

Overall, terrible experience and the worst indian food ever! We barely ate any of our food and my wife vowed to never return. I may try again in a few months just to see if anything improved...but for the foreseeable future, I will drive 30 mins across town for indian food before I drive 5 mins up the road for this restaurant.

I'm convinced either the people who are leaving these glaring reviews are either friends /family of the restaurant owners, or they just have never had indian food previously....because...
