So, I'm not exactly the review-writing type, but I couldn't help sharing my thoughts on this one. My boyfriend and I were in town for a visit, and this place popped up on my radar thanks to reviews and photos. I was genuinely looking forward to it. But honestly, the whole experience left a lot to be desired.

Right off the bat, as soon as we walked in, there was this stale vibe from the cashier. It felt like we were more of an inconvenience than customers. And to add a weird twist, she started chatting about me to the shorter guy who seemed to be handling the cooking. I'm not sure why she felt the need to do that – it just made the whole situation very awkward and uncomfortable. I mean, come on, we were right there!

Now, let's talk about the food. We dropped $17 on what can only be described as a small serving – 9 shrimp and 6 chicken wings, without any sides. And the name of the place is "2 Much Sauce," but I guess the sauce took a vacation when it came to the shrimp.

My boyfriend's chicken sandwich was pretty basic, just bread and chicken with a tiny bit of sauce on the side. We asked for some ice for our drinks, and the cashier straight up told us "NO we dont have ice here" . Selling $5 lemonade without ice in 80+ degree weather is insane.

The place itself looks so beautiful! Nice place to take photos, but it felt like they might still be running things more like a food truck than a full-fledged restaurant. It's a real shame that they're not putting more effort into their staff and customer service, the lady barely told us our food was ready to busy talking to her co worker. If I had to rate solely on the food, I'd go for a 3-star rating the sauce was really good and chicken fired perfect. But considering the overall experience, it's more like a 1-star. Even if i lived there, there would be no need to go back honestly. I'm rooting for them to step it up...

I have been eating from here since the truck was in the lot that is now CVS waiting in the rain, long lines , didn’t matter , it was worth it , so this one breaks my heart . Ordered pick up from DoorDash because for some reason they don’t always pick up the phone . Now I know I’m not crazy but the combos came with fries . To my surprise they no longer to adding an additional $5 to my 24$ order just for fries. I was not greeted but actually ignored by the man on the phone having a personal conversation before actually being helped by the way nobody else was in there . I realized my platter felt light so I was surprised to see no fried in my “combo” so I went back and ordered some . I also had to ask for utensils and was told “DoorDash orders don’t get utensils or napkins “ I can’t make this up . I guess I’m LUCKY the man gave me a fork and a few napkins . I really really loved this place and have been following them for years but I think our time has finally come to an end . The food quality and the prices have risen and don’t reflect what they now serve or their service unfortunately. ...

My heart truly breaks writing this review, as 2ms was the goat back when I was riding plainfield rescue in 2020 😭 yeah ordered a combo, they forgot the sauce on the tenders (time to change the restaurant name ig haha). Went back for a refund cause out of principle can't eat there, owner got hella pressed, called me some names, said i was ruining my night (lmao tn's been lit, idk what he's talking about lol) blah blah blah stormed away

In all honesty I'm not mad at all, and dawg if you're reading this I genuinely respect the hustle and work you've done to build this brand (new location looks gorgeous btw)

Mistakes happen, we learn from them and move on. But just know that you disappointed me twice that night – once as a fellow service provider, and again as a fellow...

I had called in inquired about ordering two turkeys for Thanksgiving and Eli (The owner) was very welcoming and accommodating. He sent me a list of different types of flavors the turkey could be prepared how we opted for one regular fried and one Cajun fried turkey. We scheduled an 11:00 AM pickup on Thanksgiving and both turkeys were ready upon pick up. I’m usually not one a turkey on Thanksgiving so but I must say I really enjoyed the fried turkey and so did our guests, it was very favorable and well prepared. Though we had one the year before, this was definitely the best fried turkey I had, my personal favorite was the Cajun. I’ll definitely ordered from them again next year.
