When people ask me how I like Endure, my short answer is "I love it!". Which always then leads me to give them my long answer lol. I've been doing strength and conditioning training for over 10 years and Endure is my absolute favorite place. The owners, Tim and Erin are genuinely good people, always thinking about their clients' well-being, and helping to build a strong community. All the coaches are amazing. They provide recommendations, watch/correct our form, push you when you think you can't, and cheer us on. The program is top-notch. In less than two months, I found myself lifting more than I ever thought I could. My intention was never to break any personal records, just come in, lift some weights and burn some calories. But week over week, they challenge us and I've seen progress both in strength and conditioning. I love that I can see the workouts in advance and able to track my progress over time through an app. I sometimes get bummed when I have to miss a workout because it actually looks fun. The community of people are wonderful. Everyone there is on their own personal fitness journey but everyone is in it together.
Don't feel intimidated if you haven't lifted weights before. Although it's a group setting, coaches do provide personalization by showing modifications and working with your limitations. And if you're someone who has lifted before, know you'll be challenged and you'll want to keep coming...

The atmosphere is always welcoming and filled with energy to get me moving. I genuinely enjoy starting my day at Endure with an early morning workout. The classes are well-structured, offering a balanced mix of strength training and cardio that keeps me engaged. The workouts are challenging, which pushes me to work a little harder each week. It really helps to not give up on yourself during these classes because the vibe/atmosphere of every class is very much 'we're all in this together even if we are at our own paces and abilities.' So, if you are like me and need that extra positive reinforcement, energy and social aspect of the gym, this is your place.
The owners, coaches and members are all incredibly friendly, knowledgeable and truly share your goals with you. Their programming is done consciously and intentionally. Everyone is super approachable and invested in your personal objectives.
The facilities/equipment are all brand new and gorgeous, the merch is actually cute, comfortable and well thought out/size inclusive, the Endure app (schedules/news) and SugarWod app (work-outs and track your progress) add to the experience and make everything ridiculously convenient.
