McDonald's — Restaurant in Scott

It's kinda convenient if you are traveling - a McDonalds and gas station all in one ! It's on a round-a-bout ( you know, where you go round and round in a circle to get to your exit, instead of a stop sign or lights...).

The parking lot of easy to park in and can accommodate larger vehicles/ trailers and what not.

The inside is clean - both the McDonald's and gas station sides. Clean floors, tables, drink stations, even the trash cans !

As is common today, McDonald's has the self serve kiosks, but can order at the counter with a live person, too. So, I can't really comment on customer service as there was none....

We got our order pretty quick. The food was as expected. Made correctly and fresh ( I know, that's not what have come to expect in many, many places!!). Just so you know, if you have not ordered a Filet o Fish in long, long time, they have downsized.

The gas station convenience store side is clean and nicely stocked. Good choice of snacks, drinks, and various items one typically finds in such places.

We had a quick stop - in and out. We visit Laffy often and recommend...

The only reason they get one star is because it is the lowest rating Google will allow. This rating is actually closer to negative 3 stars. So they owe me. This has to be the worst McDonald's I have ever been to. It's the closest one to my house, so I naturally want to give them another chance hoping they can get right. Well....they can't get right. These people don't even deserve to have the bottom of the barrel jobs they have. From giving me drinks with no ice, to putting only what I say I don't want on my sandwich, to giving me not quite half of my order, to giving me the complete wrong order, they just can't get anything right....EVER! And complaining to the manager hasn't ever done any good. At every level, these employees just don't care....period! I'm really close to being done with McDonald's, but definitely done with...

Usually morning cruise usually always great although on the weekend, sometimes the night crew works in the morning and this is complete early disaster night crew is the worst McDonald’s ever in my history of going to any McDonald’s in the whole United States of America and across the country this McDonald’s and Scott Louisiana is the absolute worst not the McDonald’s the people you have in place running this place there are pathetic Uneducated it seems that way and it’s no it’s ugly to say this, but it’s pathetic and unacceptable to be treated as a customer the way these employees treat me as a customer at this place when I spend at least $100-$200 a week here and have been for over five years And to continue to be treated like dirt by these kids that work here that wanna pay check and do not want to do...
